you clearly don't know what you're talking about, it uses the 5.45x39 cartridge which is the same used in the AK 74 and later AK models. It's gas operated like all AKs, and has the same rate of fire. It's a fucking AK

He edits his videos quite a bit, and it makes his videos more entertaining and aesthetically pleasing. It helps get through any subtly boring moments too. The AN94 is a totally different weapon than the AK, and it's not a futurized version of the AK either

The AN-94 Shoots a 5.45x39mm cartridge whereas the AK-47 (not 74 that also shoots 5.45). The original AK-47 shoots a 7.62x49mm cartridge which is a larger bullet and has more powder behind it. The Ak was designed by Kalashnikov Concern whereas the AN-94 was designed by Gennadiy Nikonov and is manufactured by Izmash arms. The AN also has no dust cover release on the back towards the stock (the button looking thing you see on original AKs in FPS games). The AN-94 comes factory standard with polymer furniture (grip + stock) and the factory standard AK-47 comes with Wooden Furniture. The steel parts of the AN-94 are machined rather than stamped as they were in the original Kalishnakov. The AN-94 has a two-round burst capability as well were the AK-47 does not. The AN-94 also takes AK-74 mags which accept the 5.45x39mm cartridge rather than the 7.62x39mm cartridge that the Ak-47 shoots the clip is also shaped slightly differently to the "Banana Style" steel stamped mags you see in your classic AK and Ak Variants (All though this is all relative to what type of AK mag a user prefers). To say that the AK-47 is the same weapon as an AN-94 would be incorrect though the AN-94 is highly inspired by the original design of Mikail Kalashnikov's AK-74.

But I'm pretty sure that it doesn't belong to the AK family. Hollow wanted to show this because it is such a beazt :D
Samari Phillips It is from a different manufacturer than of the AK and it's a real weapon that should have replaced the AK 47 and AK 74 but it wasn't possible because it would cost too much. Also then the AK 47 was nearly fully replaced by the AK 74. And 2012 (I think) the AK 12 came out.

*Hollowpoiint COD Ghosts was probably my 3rd favorite COD. MW1, MW3, Ghosts are my top 3. I loved that game so much. Sniping and everything was just so much fun in Ghosts.
