Laura, loved the video! the recipes look really really good. One of the things I enjoy and think would be so good with the sause(s) (BTW, brilliant idea to combine them) is to slice Zucchini in quarters length wise and put them in a ziplock bag with a packet of Italian dressing ( I use the dry packet) and a bit of red pepper flakes - shake and cover the Zucchini well, then bake with some fresh parmesan cheese. They will get a little bit crispy and then either drizzle or dip them in the sauses you made. YUMMY. Keep cooking and gardening and I'll be watching 💚

Woohoo that looks amazing with your white sauce. I love those little rollups…gotta try that. I had a spaghetti sauce leftover that had finely chopped cocozelle and mushrooms in it. I cut 1/4” green zucchini discs that I cooked in the air fryer till slightly soft …then added the spaghetti sauce little chunks of meatballs and topped with mozzarella and parmigiana and sprinkled additional oregano and basil…then air fried until the cheese was melted and a little browned. They were like little pizzas. It made an amazing and quick meal. We’ve had a week of pretty high temps 32-36c range. So anyway to just use the little air fryer vs oven is welcome. The roll ups were so good, and so simple to make!Just had to google a cocozelle 🙈 I had never heard of that type of courgette before, they look so cool! Another recipe 🤩 that sounds so good, and I have 3-4 litres of spaghetti sauce ready to go that I made in my slow cooker that is ready to go!! Wow that is very hot, we did have a little heatwave highs of 24 this week 🙌🏻🌞 I think it is the most sun I have seen since June!! You are so welcome, the PP lasagne was a revelation and so much less faff than trying to get pasta sheets to fit the size of my dish! I hope you have a great rest of your week 💖🌱
