After your flight details where it says country of origin is that the country I’m from or the country where the flight is from coming into Colombia. Hi! according to the Check Mig form of Colombia, you must indicate the city of your first point of entry into the country. In your case, it would be Bogotá. Hello there! According to government regulations, if you stay there less than 24 hours and remain at the airport the entire time you are not required to fill out the mentioned form or go through immigration procedures.

I have had this same issue the last 6 times I have traveled to colombia. I am pulling my hair out because I have missed flights due to the mig check not working. It's crazy, I have had it where I have tried for two days and then all of a sudden it accepts it a few hours before my flight. And I have had the opposite happened where it never accepts my information.
Try using a different browser next time, I just had the same issue trying to do it with Google Chrome (it would not go to the next page after filling out all the details). I had success with Safari browser. Hope this helps.

It skips through the Country of Origin so fast and the camera has cropped this entry off. This is the exact spot where I am having difficulty. My country of origin , United States, is not on the list of choices. I cannot resolve this issue using this video.

@@iVisa_travel My wife eventually did receive a confirmation email, I never did and filled out the contingency form (which provides immediate data). Unfortunately, at check in with airline, the attendant did not like my wife's confirmation e-mail. Claimed it wouldn't work and would not provide us tickets, she liked my contingency form because it had a QR code and the confirmation e-mail did not. We were forced out of line, had to go online immediately and complete a contingency form for my wife and get back in line. We were then allowed on the plane (plane was boarding as we arrived at gate very stressful). On the same plane a different attendant allowed our seat mate on with the confirmation e-mail, depends on the attendant for document preference. You are at the mercy of the airline and you cannot argue with them. Once in Cartagena, both forms worked so the day ended well. It was beautiful we plan to go again. Thanks for that contingency form it saved the day, twice! Everyone should have that link handy.

According to government regulations, if you stay there less than 24 hours and remain at the airport the entire time you are not required to fill out the mentioned form or go through immigration procedures.

Most countries around the world require your passport to be at least 6 months before the expiration date. That is why I usually renew my passport when it is within 6 months of it's expiration date.

I have had this same issue the last 6 times I have traveled to colombia. I am pulling my hair out because I have missed flights due to the mig check not working. It's crazy, I have had it where I have tried for two days and then all of a sudden it accepts it a few hours before my flight. And I have had the opposite happened where it never accepts my information.
Try using a different browser next time, I just had the same issue trying to do it with Google Chrome (it would not go to the next page after filling out all the details).
I had success with Safari browser.

@@iVisa_travel My wife eventually did receive a confirmation email, I never did and filled out the contingency form (which provides immediate data). Unfortunately, at check in with airline, the attendant did not like my wife's confirmation e-mail. Claimed it wouldn't work and would not provide us tickets, she liked my contingency form because it had a QR code and the confirmation e-mail did not. We were forced out of line, had to go online immediately and complete a contingency form for my wife and get back in line. We were then allowed on the plane (plane was boarding as we arrived at gate very stressful). On the same plane a different attendant allowed our seat mate on with the confirmation e-mail, depends on the attendant for document preference. You are at the mercy of the airline and you cannot argue with them. Once in Cartagena, both forms worked so the day ended well. It was beautiful we plan to go again. Thanks for that contingency form it saved the day, twice! Everyone should have that link handy.
