Thank you so freaking much man. Lost the keys and I let the door slam shut when grabbing my ss card out of mine so the battery’s flew out the back of the thing and locked shut for the last two weeks

that "safe" is a scam when it can be opened so easily unless you can put in a real lock instead of the fake one
It is probably a lack of QA. I presume not all individual safes of that model have the problem, but rather that we have bad tolerances here.
Shit, I can’t even get into mine. So this video must be some of them. Mine isn’t up and down when locked. So yours is not locked.
