We are The Curly Coopers, a vlogging family, who uploads videos of our life together every Tuesday and sometimes Saturday. My name is Duana and my husband’s name is Curtis. We have been together for almost 17 years in July. Our life would not be complete without our beautiful children Ia (11), Isaac (9), and Isaiah (6). AWESOME!!!! this year I'm trying my best to eat more healthy. I've always loved my water(increasing it 2 a gallon a day) so far it's been half-gallon. Praying for y'alls success on your healthy transition & pray 4 me💗

My parents fell pregnant accidentally with my younger sister when our oldest brother was 11. My dad was 47 and mum was 37 at the time. They were devastated tbh but overjoyed when she arrived happy and healthy so the fact you guys are so young, you should definitely try ❤

I also do keto/low carb. I use almond flour if I can find the finely grounded kind, that one taste less gritty. I also use monk fruit sweetener, I use the Lakanto brand. I didn't force it on anyone else in the house but since they didn't tell a difference it worked great.

I love the healthy switch. I have been slowly transitioning my husband to healthy food options. I’ve gotten him use to protein shakes, that I add bananas, blackberry, raspberry and a collagen protein. I’m cooking more fish dishes for him. So excited you guys are also starting this so I can get some tips.

I have been doing keto lately too, and love it! I started it to prevent diabetes in the future, since it is so common with the standard American diet. But I have also noticed it has improved my focus!

And I hope the LORD Blesses you with more babies, when my dad was born he was a change of life baby, his older sister was 25yrs old and married, his brother I think was about 22 and his youngest sister was 15. We have 7, yes a beautiful amazing blended family, he was a Widower with 3 awesome babies, the youngest was 4 when we met, we add 4! My hubby was an only child, a huge basketball fan... he always tease that he always wanted a full squad, but now he got a squad and 2 subs! Congrats on your decision. The real legacy of a family, is the young people we leave behind, with good hearts, strong minds, and the will to do better and be better!
