I've even tried removing my sim and memory card just tried this too. it's still not switching on

Do what this guy says THEN Hold down At The Same Time 1)Volume Down, 2) Power, & 3) button button bottom deck at front of phone! Then phone should say Hit Volume Up to Continue... Now phone should say Downloading.... This could take a few minutes...
Congratulations. The first guy I saw that cleaned the battery terminals. That is the cause of all the boot loops on all replaceable battery phones. My Note 5 would boot loop at 40% battery level and then when I cleaned the battery terminals it went down to 6% and never had a boot loop problem again. Unfortunately the Note 4 has issues with the power regulator chip and finally just wouldn't turn on at all. Dead for good. Don't buy a Note 4.

Its not a battery problem its a phone problem cause maybe the charging component got broken did you overcharge or did not use original samsung charger
