i have a 2017 rrs no crank dash lights go of for 2 seconds and back on when pressing start button, starter bech tested ok any idea? car has a very low miliage
This means you must drive around with scan tools everywhere just incase

I was able to clear the No starts warning but not the 30 miles warning. Any suggestions?

@Advancedlevelauto - Cleared the no start with the K7. The monitor code fix didn't run - Any suggestions?
Bought the scanner, first error cleared no problem, and gave me 30 mile error. Successfully ran the fix for the "reset selective catalyst reduction quality monitor" but 30 mile limit remains. See others got stuck at the same point but didn't see anything listed for why that might happen or ways to fix. Assume Land Rover locked it down somehow
update, I did get the 2nd error to clear after a 3rd attempt. I believe the issue was me, as I thought the diagnostic/fix was done and realized some of the steps were just not clear and carefully followed each screen prompt, and voila, it worked! Cheers to you @advancedlevelauto for providing a great fix AND an easy to consume video, with no production content, just straight to the point. Greatly appreciated. And to the silly people that say you're ignoring an error and ruining your car, that is not true for this error. This is about and sensor reading about an emissions issue. One that Land Rover has not properly designed nor do they have a fix. Shutting you down in 250 miles is ridiculous, and they don't give you any priority to fix, they don't diagnosis the issue properly. It's their design and they love to sell you a $3k fix. Which is what happened to me in Oct 2023 and bam, came back 8 months later. My issue or theirs? That should be clear but they don't own it, they don't even try to make it right. Terrible dealer service.

I bought the Kingbolen k7 and it does not have the feature for catalysts any suggestions

Can this clear the “crash mode” on a land rover?
My Land Rover lr2 is stuck in crash mode after the battery got too low… and I really don’t want to take it into the dealership.
I used the Autel maxi ap200, but it can’t clear the crash status codes.
Others have told me to get the JLR Sdd to clean it, but if this works I’ll go this route.😊

Those were permanent codes that will pop back up because the problem is still their also all the unessesary damage you are causing by driving the car messed up it’s why it has the no start feature in the first place also a tow bill is way less that replacing a grocery list of parts because you rode on one broken and it broke the rest of your parts whichever part is causing the code
Also permanent codes almost always come right back up after you clear them because they are “permanent” as in they will come back as long as you haven’t fixed the issue
I was just showing you how to be able to drive to the dealership or repair shop and not have to spend money on a tow truck.

Do you have to have exhaust fluid for regular diesel cars? Or is it just with semis?
