Today I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. As usual, I began with my morning routine. First, I made a jar of lemon water to hydrate and boost my immune system. Then, I brushed my teeth and took a moment to journal, reflecting on my thoughts and feelings. After that, I prepared a colorful fruit bowl for breakfast. Finally, I folded my laundry and got ready for work.
I find that this slow morning routine is essential for setting the tone for my day. It helps me feel more grounded, focused, and energized. The lemon water helps to cleanse my body and mind, while journaling allows me to process my thoughts and emotions. The fruit bowl provides me with a healthy and nutritious start to my day. And folding my laundry helps me to feel more organized and in control.
I encourage you to experiment with your own morning routine and find what works best for you. Slow mornings may not be for you but find some time in the morning , even a few minutes of mindfulness or self-care can make a big difference in your day.
