Hey Becky! I just had a new customer mention your videos and was so excited to see what you were doing! Thank you so much for your shout out for my sharpening craft! I love doing it and I’m honored to be mentioned on your fun, hard working video. You are wonderful to watch! Great energy! I hope I get to serve you again! Eliot Patron Saint of Knives
I have had my Henkel knives for over 40 years and have never had the need to sharpen them. I don’t know what the “bar” is called that comes with them but that is all I’ve ever done to my knives. I have the flat and serrated dinner knives also. Wonderful products!!
It always makes me giggle when you say things like “we” are gonna do this or “we” are gonna do that and when you thank us viewers for hanging out with you. I love watching you work and thank YOU for hanging out with me…. This person you don’t even know exists all the way in Alaska. 😉💜
Wow she’s EXACTLY who I want to be, so knowledgeable and self sufficient! That’s my number 1 goal. I’m gonna do solar paneling, and use firewood for winter. I’m learning a lot from her as well as how much work it takes just to be as sufficient as her! (: I can’t wait until I can use the knowledge she gives to become exactly who I want to be!
New subscriber here! Been binge watching for over a week. My grandmother raised and fed 4 kids on her own by growing food in her tiny balcony in the middle of South Philly. Im 22 and I came across one of your preservation videos and it has inspired me to become self sufficient and revive these skills my grandma taught me to cook for me and my husband from scratch. I made a bunch of pasta and started some basil plants on my tiny apartment window I love how relatable and practical your videos are!!!
“I’m bummed I lost one but I didn’t hurt myself so that’s ok” honestly that is such a great outlook to have for all kinds of accidents like this. Great job!
Becky you need to jar and can up some of that energy and send it my way. As I was closing out my day yesterday and feeling mighty proud of what I got done I watched you and Rachel (two busy working women with careers) from That 1870’s Homestead and am so impressed by what you both do in a day. My garden is half the size of yours and I struggle getting it all put up. Kudos to you and all others who rock the homestead lifestyle. Love your channel 👊🏼❤️
I just have to tell you, not only have you inspired me to garden but you have also shown me I am capable of doing so much more than I ever thought. I’m currently tearing up my old deck to plant my first vegetable garden. Thank you for your inspiring and real videos Becky!
Every video of yours is so so so absorbing! I never believed anyone could be so super efficient and still be so even tempered. You and Josh are so lucky in each other. Stay happy and healthy!
I do the same thing, I put a pot on the stool and my jar in the pot, just in case it overflows when I'm not looking! That way the tube is always open. The juice makes great jelly if you have people who prefer jelly to jam!
That's what I do as well. I use a small table and a big pot and just let the juice flow right into it. Less chance of a messy overflow accident when I inevitability get distracted and leave it too long.
Another idea for your peppers is pepper jelly it tastes like a sweet chili sauce perfect for meat, marinades, even mix with cream cheese and spread on a cracker
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your videos. I'm 63 and I'm clueless in a kitchen. All my life, I've never really cared to be in a kitchen but all of a sudden I want to learn everything about cooking and homesteading. Your videos are a God send. I have a long way to go but you're going to help me out a lot. You had mentioned in this video or another about comments that you talk fast. It's actually a relief to me that your videos don't feel like they drag out forever. You keep things moving at a great clip and you make sure that you give as many tips as possible so people can understand why things are done a certain way. I've watched people who are nervous doing videos and they talk so fast, they sound like they're ready to hyperventilate. It's stressful to get through those vids. You talk fast but you're actually a calming presence, and you are able to give a whole lot of information quickly. It's amazing! I have nothing but admiration and awe for the bulk work that you do, and the fact that you can keep track of so many projects at once. I just want to give my immense thanks for helping me learn.
You can change the speed by going to "system" (the gear looking icon) above on this page (the page where the video is playing) next to the CC. Figuring out how to change the pace of speaking really helped me enjoy ALL videos whether too fast or too slow. Enjoy 😄
You are just so humble and pleasant to watch. I truly appreciate how you make the most daunting tasks seem doable. You break things down with ease. For the visual learner you are GOLD!!! Thank you for being YOU! ❤️
Video idea: an overview of all your preserving equipment plus your recs for the “essentials” that someone who is just getting into preserving would want to have. It seems like there’s a decent amount of specialty equipment which can be overwhelming to someone who is just getting started, so hearing how you started out and how you’ve added to your collection could be helpful. This could also be helpful for someone who doesn’t have a lot of space for a ton of equipment so might help them zone in on the basics.
I clean my peppers and leave them whole and freeze them, when I want stuffed peppers I stuff them frozen and then bake or braise them in tomato sauce! Delish😊
So by cleaning them you mean you take out the seeds and leave a whole “shell” ready to be stuffed? Don’t they get squashed in the freezer or do you put them in a box?
@@marcwright4790 actually no they don't I stack them one inside the other, I can get 4 in a gallon freezer bag, if you have the freezer space you can use a container and maybe freeze more stacked in the container. Someone told me this trick many years ago I love it! Hope you like it as much😊
I thought it'd be lots of fun to see what you're canning in this episode. This past week my husband and I canned 35 quarts of peach slices, about 35 pints of pears and 12 1/2 quarts of apple slices. (I bought all of the fruit at a local orchard in northern Utah where I live, which has an ideal climate for growing tree fruits and berries.) I also cut up some peaches into quarters and froze them for smoothies. We bought another 2 bushes of peaches yesterday. (It's now mid-September and the peach growing season ends the first week of October so I didn't want to lose out on the last of the peaches.) I'll be buying more apples for slices and sauce when the weather gets colder. I'll probably make grape juice in my steam juicer. Last year's grape juice was absolutely delicious because the grapes I bought were fully ripe. You can find free fruit in the classified ads. Homeowners are thrilled when their fruit isn't wasted and act like you're doing them a huge favor when you pick the fruit!
I noticed you were cleaning the kale one at a time. Have you ever filled the sink with water and a dash of salt? Roots and refuge does that and said the bugs don’t like the salt water and fall off the food while soaking. I have tried this with my lettuce and it works! Just thought it would save you some time when you are processing so much at one time and it could be soaking while you are processing something else. 😊
I just adore you. Feeling anxious so I’ve been binging your videos and coloring. You’ve created such a positive space, thank you for letting us share in it!
Oof, I feel you. 😓 My anxiety has been spiking/spiralling HARD the past few days, and this channel plus various artsy ones have been the only thing that helps. Hope things get better for you soon!
Dang! You are a machine I'm exhausted just watching you. A worthy upgrade in the future should be an outdoor kitchen and grill 😉. Many countries and the United States in the past the kitchen is outside and all harvest processing is outside that way your house doesn't heat up, it's not too bad if things get a little messy, etc. Plus, you can have a nice grill for parties outside 😊
It's so great to see someone your age working so hard at what my grandparents used to do just to survive the dirty 30's!!! You are doing something I wish I would have learned a long time ago to do!!! At age 60 years young, with some of my bad back issues, being on my feet as long as you have been doing this has become a chore in itself!!! Keep up the great work, baby sister!!! It's all really worth all your effort!!!
Fit a mesh strainer over your measuring cup when scooping juice from things like those pears, it keeps the pieces out and let’s you fill the measuring cup faster.
Becky, you are an inspiration to us women who love our small gardens and preserving our harvest. When I harvested my peppers I sometimes feel overwhelmed what to do with them all. Then a video notification comes up from you, so I watch it and just feel encouraged to get in my kitchen and tackle my harvest that needs to be canned or chopped to freeze. I can’t wait to get some apples to make apple sauce to can. I appreciate you getting this old woman motivated to get my stuff done. Thank you for sharing!
Becky, just something I do when I’m canning. I wear dish washing gloves 🧤. They protect you from the heat long enough to do what you need to do and they also give a better grip. I love your videos! I wish I had your energy. I’m over twice your age I’m sure. I love to garden yet but I live alone so I don’t need as much. My old record for canning tomatoes was 240 quarts in one year. It was thick so it had to cook down a lot. That was the way my family liked it.
I don't know about anybody else watching your videos but I'm exhausted. You're like the Energizer Bunny that just never runs down. Very impressive how many balls you can juggle at the same time! I do enjoy watching you very much thank you for all the work that you do to put these videos together for our entertainment and education. Stay well, be safe, love from Texas.
Love this! Just a tip I would suggest not stacking your wood against your house incase there are bugs that like to eat wood like carpenter ants, or termites ect.
Yes you may talk fast but it means you are happy we are here with you and excited by the beautiful garden bounty. You stay the same your excitement is contagious 🙂
Hi Becky, love the videos. Please use the spine of the knife when scraping your chopping boards as you chop food, etc. as using the blade edge causes damage. I was taught this tip by a chef I worked with when I got my good knives. On the note of sharpening knives, that reminds me, I must get mine done. Nothing worse than a blunt knife.
Ohhhhh my gosh Becky congratulations on 100,000 subs‼️I just noticed watching the second time through 👏👏👏👏we all knew you would get there fast... I think you have done it in record speed‼️‼️‼️❤️❤️
You are one hard working young woman! You have been abundantly blessed with garden produce, and blessed that your parents have taught you such a wonderful work ethic.
Hi Becky 🌞 You are a powerhouse. You got so much done with your food prep then you even stacked the firewood. 💪 That is an exhausting job too. Have you ever used the organic vegetable wash for your fruit and vegetables to remove bugs and dirt?
I found myself giggling to myself as you were talking because you’re so friendly and fun! Not many TH-camrs make you feel like a friend. I love your videos and they brighten up my day :)
I love, love, love this kind of video and I know there’s only a short season of this, but you inspire me! I have started canning this year for the 1st time from a garden of only 6 4x8 beds and I have about 70 jars as well as some dehydrated tomatoes for tomato powder, kale, mushrooms and herbs. So satisfying. Thanks for letting us enjoy your journey.
Gosh I’m overwhelmed by only two 4x8 beds + 25 grow bags. I had a bunch of “volunteer” tomatoes along my fence line and they produced really lovely Roma-style tomatoes in abundance. I have bags and bags of tomatoes in my new deep freeze. Oh my it’s so fun!
I am 59 and live alone. I don’t have any availability to grow my own food … yet I love watching you. I adore your fortitude. Your spontaneity and critical thinking skills to try new things are so fun to watch and seeing you learn from mistakes and revel in your accomplishments somehow makes me proud. Lol I’m such a Mom. I would love to share Pear Juice Cocktails 🍸 with you. It’s adorable that your sweet husband has no desire to be a part of the madness but helps you so much (what a great hubby) and I love to see your cute doggies. I can’t wait for your next video … I watch all of them. Godspeed friend!❤️😎😎❤️
You can grow some food indoors, and don’t forget about seed sprouts! A mason jar, a screen lid and in 4-7 days you have fresh sprouts. Way denser nutrient load than vegetables and super easy/affordable. :)
I cannot express how much your videos inspire me to find the part of myself that I left behind a few years ago. At 64, I can recapture my love of preserving and preparing food. Thank you so much. I needed something for myself again.
I'm amazed to watch how you manage all of these alone! You work hard happily and in an energetic way. Very inspiring!! I loved watching the whole process. Thank you
I would love to see you’re pantry or where ever you’re going to keep all you’re candied goods it would be so satisfying to see all you’re hard work ! You’re so awesome I hope to one day be able to have a beautiful garden and amazing skill set like you😊
Those of us that can and preserve can appreciate the amount of work you have done in this video alone! Take pride in what you are getting done. You deserve it. It is so satisfying to see all of your hard work going into the freezer and the beautiful jars filling up! Great job! I know you have a LOT more to do. Looking forward to more! ---Congrats on 100,000 subs! You rock woman! :)
Isn't it? It's amazing how many things she's invested in to allow her to do this each year...two giant roasters, that peel/core/slice thing, the canner, the pressure canner, the FoodSaver, two dehydrators, a freeze dryer, the really nice knives, extra wheel barrows... My god, she's a one woman food processor herself!
Such a small thing, but thank you for acknowledging the mess -- juice dripping off the counter, soggy towels, backup bowls, etc. With so many projects, I feel like I must be messing something up when I have a massive mess and so many instructors seem to have minimal cleanup and waste that magically disappears off camera!
I love your greeting, "Good Morning Friends!" It makes me feel so welcome, as if I'm sitting in the kitchen of a good friend, watching and chatting along.
I love how you show us your mistakes!! Hahaha. You’re so funny and adorable. I love your determination! Great job! Wonderful skills to have. Congratulations on 100,000! You did it so fast!
Once again Becky I am amazed at all the hard work u put into all that u do. Its a pleasure to watch u work with such passion n commitment. Well done on doing so much. Enjoy the delicious things u made.
I am continually in awe of your energy! At 73, I'm not ready to start this life. But I can still learn and perhaps do some of these things. Going to check out the video about using your freezer meals now!
You are so much fun! Way to go lady! Your garden has been so prolific! Also, you really don’t talk that quickly, you are just from the northwest, we don’t talk as slowly as the rest of the country does! 😉 you are a beautiful soul and I loved how you showed the good the bad and the ugly about canning. It’s not pretty all the time, the dishes are in piles, there are messes to clean up, laundry to do, and family time take care of. Such a stellar example of a real life woman wearing all the hats that a homesteader wears in the modern world. God bless ya!
Tip for the pear juice, if you place a stool next to the stove, you can lean/place the jar on it to prevent it from slipping through your fingers. Also, you can get better grip on a jar with a gardening glove that has the rubber dipped fingers/palm. I am amazed as to how much you had accomplished in 2 days!! :D
You can talk as fast as you want! You are a joy to listen to and watch. Makes this 72-year old want to keep up to a point. Love the steam juicer! So easy. Yes, the stool is a good idea I learned it from, That 1870"s Homestead.
Firstly you are stunning without makeup or being done up. Your husband must be so proud of all you do. I'm pretty unwell but if I was well I could see myself doing exactly what you do. Have you thought of re-growing vegetables from scraps? I love your videos and get sad when the end is coming. Thank you for entertaining me and allowing me to live through you. All my love from Melbourne, Australia. xx
Hi LilyBelle, I'm praying 🙌🛐 you will heal quickly & start enjoying doing the things that make you happy. And Becky does look amazing without make-up, a natural beauty. God bless you Lily Belle 🙏 ❤
@@robynm7221 aww thank you for spending the time to send me such a lovely message. You made a bad week much better. Thank you for your kindness. Prayers to you and your loved ones. Cheers xx LilyBelle xx
Becky, the peppers in the food saver come out beautifully. I never have freezer crystals on mine since I started freezing mine this way. I also use mine for chili and quiches and other things. You will be very happy with the using the food saver this time.
This ole lady, is amazed with the amount of energy you have. I can't drink caffeinated coffee, so that's a bummer. I like making kale chips for snack with nutritional yeast on them, they are delicious. My hubby made me 2 of 3 waist high raised garden beds for me, they are 10' long by 2' wide, so I don't have to try to get down to pull weeds. We also salvaged 2 old shower pans from old campers to use for my garlic to grow in the winter and then plant my mater's in the spring. We repurpose alot of items. I melted down beeswax with mineral oil to paint on the insides of the garden beds and then laid down black weed block canvas, to preserve the wood and not use any chemicals. They are extremely sturdy and work great for me. He plans to make another one for me so they'll be in a U shape, as soon as wood prices come down, so next year I can increase my growing. I vacuum seal my colored peppers the same way you do. We turned our tiny extra bedroom into a walk-in canned pantry with floor to ceiling shelves. They can hold over 1000 jars and I have almost filled them up this last year. I never learned how to do any gardening or canning from my mom or grandma's, they never did any of that kind of things. So I have self taught myself.💜 & Blessings to you and your videos.
Pear sauce was my kids favorite thing. I used brown sugar and cinnamon with a dash of nutmeg. It didn't matter how many jars I canned it was never enough. If one cup of coffee gives you that much energy I wonder what 2 cups would do!! Love your energy.
I’ve been binge watching your videos since yesterday (new subscriber!) and I’m just in awe. It’s so wonderful to see everything you cook, meal prep, harvest, etc. Thank you SO much for your wonderful content and hard work! 🖤
This video was so much fun. I make applesauce every year with apples they ship from New York to Florida. I add strawberries to some. I add pears, also. All three are delicious.
I canned pears last weekend and made jelly from the peals. It was okay. I got the idea after I found out you can make syrup and jelly from peach skins and pits. I made syrup with my peach skins and ohhhhh mah gawsh! Is it amazing. Made plain cheesecake and put the peach syrup over the top…to die for!!
Congratulations on your fruitful garden bounty!!! I am absolutely floored by your endless energy and super organizational skills! Thank you for always keeping it real with accidents and all ❤️
You know what.... I think your excitement is just so infectious. That just makes us all want to keep watching. I wanted to comment 30 seconds in about how excited I was. I was so excited too about watching you get everything all stored away and I can't wait to see what happens next with those apples and what recipes happen this winter. It's so cool that all of that comes from just 1 acre. Imagine what I can do with my little spot of land here where I am ;) And congrats on 100,000 subscribers!
Oh my gosh “ I’m gonna taste it” she does, right out of the bowl!! Loved it. In an older video , Becky said she didn’t lie like celery in a c shape so she has to cut it down, well I’m the same with zucchini, it has to be grated for me to eat and enjoy it, I do not eat diced or wedged squash as the texture seems slimy to me. Becky you’re such a good teacher. I’m guessing you might have worked food service in the past , you’re so fast and normally organized. You’re one of the best tubers happening at the moment, yay on 100,000 subscribers in such a fast time!’ Love you’
Hi! New subscriber here! A coworker showed me your channel and now a few of us are going to start our own gardens! You are so inspiring! It's nice to see someone who isn't an expert start gardening, makes me believe I can too! You seem so sweet and I really enjoy your channel!
I would love to have an acre to work on! This is such a blessing and I loved the harvest video as well, you're an inspiration!! Blessings to you and your garden 🥰🥰
You should look into the Ove Glove! It’s a pot holder that makes holding things a lot easier because your hand goes in like an oven mitt but it has the fingers like a glove. It also has little grips on it so it doesn’t slip!
when I watch your videos I realize I actually squander most of my day 😩. The amount of energy you have is amazing! you have such a wholesome lifestyle. I am enjoying your channel! thx
Henckels are a wonderful brand of knives. I have one of their huge chef's knives and a pair if their red handled kitchen shears. The knife I have is a "one man", meaning that the.logo shows one person. The shears are two man, showing 2 people in the logo which is their absolute top of the line products. Take care of them and they should last generations.
The logo with two persons on it is the original German brand called "Zwilling" which means "twin". There must be somebody German near this household. I noticed she keeps her quinoa in a standard German canning jar.
I went with Victorinox Fibrox Pro Chef's Knives. I found that Henckels need to be sharpened sooner and wear down too fast. The Victorinox is shockingly cheaper yet rated far higher by people outside of Amazon comments. Also please tell everyone that dull knives are dangerous -- emergency room personnel says that dull knives account for far more injuries than sharp ones. I, too, go with a service having failed to get good results with blocks, rods, and machines. One place I lived had a guy who parked at farmers' markets and sharpened while we shopped.
@@susanjane4784 I have heard that Victorianox keep their edge longer. Luckily my husband can sharpen our knives at home so every few weeks he goes through the blocks and does it. We also have a full block of Case kitchen knives that he has collected, including steak knives that are nonserrated and have a vintage style handle. I'm allowed to use his case knives but...most people who help out in the kitchen have to use the Henckels. He is so possessive of them
When you get done harvesting and preserving I would love a master list of what seeds you bought from where and What did great vs not so good. What you recommend planting beside each other? Keeping away from others? Loving your videos and they are so inspiring!!
I love canning. This year I canned 52 quarts of peaches, 14 pints of tomatoes and 7 pints of peach jam. 7 pints of tomatoe sauce. All.my tomatoes I planted too. So proud of myself considering I was so sick for 2 years with cancer and healing from it all.. I all better now. Next up is applesauce. I haven't canned since the 90's. So good to can again. Love your videos. I am new here. You are so refreshing to watch. Love your style.
Love watching you. We honestly have nothing in common and live very different life styles, yet i still find myself watching a new video anytime i see one. Everything looks great!
Wow Becky how wonderful ❤️‼️you are so fantastic and incredible... just can't get enough of all you do and share with us 🙏it's a great satisfaction when you get things done and you always manage your time wisely! You would have made a great pioneer woman 🤣so glad you are getting the younger generation into it!❣️
Becky, a huge shoutout to you young lady 😁 your hot sauce recipe is phenomenal! I have made 3 batches already! Hot, super hot , and hot salsa verde. An I have a ton of peppers that are beginning to ripen. I never thought of making hot sauce, we usually dehydrate them, so thank you, I am so grateful to you for sharing with us🙂 now, if you have a good zucchini bread recipe...😁😂 I am so happy I have found your channel 🙂
For years and years the way I've processed Asian pears and apples is a two step process. First, juice them in your steam juicer. This gives you a ton of juice to use for making jelly or you can just can the juice. Then take the pulp and run it through a food strainer/mill. It takes out the skin and seeds and leaves you with a nice and thick sauce. It's so easy and you get two incredible products from one.
A tip on the steam juicer: we always put a barstool or something in front of it where we place the jar. So when we take out the juice, we don't have to hold the jar.
I live in a small apartment in Japan, I don’t even cook that much. But I love watching you, Becky. It feels like I’m hanging out with a good friend. I kind of miss the time friends and family would gather to make pizza and potstickers. After the virus, my anxiety went nuts and I haven’t been able to meet with people just for the pleasure of meeting people.
One of the things that make me love watching you, is the way you film just as you are! You a real treasure! Thank you for sharing your very productive days with us all.
I wish you lived closer to me cause anyone willing to bring the whole wheelbarrow in the house are the kind of friends I NEED! 😂🙌
Ha! Yes. I said pretty much the same in the harvest video. When she yanked that wheelbarrow into the kitchen, it pretty much made my day!
You are one hard working woman...great multi tasker

I do that too
I have a funnel with a strainer insert
Great idea!
Agreed and storage I legit don't have a pantry and all my stuff has grew to my guest bedroom 🤣
This is a great video idea!!
Hope you like it as much😊
Thank you for including the cleaning up part, many don't realize how much work there is after the preparation is done. Well done!
This! ^^^ Well done all around, and WOW!!! Thanks Becky!
(It's now mid-September and the peach growing season ends the first week of October so I didn't want to lose out on the last of the peaches.)
I'll be buying more apples for slices and sauce when the weather gets colder.
I do that too. I’ve also added vinegar to my water.
@@plankface there isn’t a drought everywhere.
And use a salad spinner to remove the excess water after soaking
Yes, and I also add a splash or two of vinegar-Works really well!
@@kosakira is a salad spinner really worth it?
I just adore you. Feeling anxious so I’ve been binging your videos and coloring. You’ve created such a positive space, thank you for letting us share in it!
Hang in there!
She certaintly is Energizer Bunny. Go go go.
I'm hoping to get an outdoor kitchen next year!
I don’t have an outdoor kitchen yet, but I did buy a hotplate and use it outside in warm weather

I appreciate that you talk fast. Most you tubers I speed up just to make them sound normal to me.
Me too! 🤣 I thought I was weird for doing that.
I have never seen anyone work as much as you do, your pantry must be overflowing. Love your channel.
And she has a full-time job...and, this is just her second gardening season!and did she just say she went to the gym before doing this?!🤯
I love how you make us feel like we’re actually in the kitchen with you!! This was so inspirational.
I am ridiculously jealous of this woman’s life. Everything she’s doing looks so cool and fun.
Oops. I forgot to say tomato juice.
Impressive!
Future buy or use single burner near sink, let your jar and hose in the sink . Works great.
Nothing worse than a blunt knife.
and using the blade ends dulls your knife quicker
Ohhhhh my gosh Becky congratulations on 100,000 subs‼️I just noticed watching the second time through 👏👏👏👏we all knew you would get there fast... I think you have done it in record speed‼️‼️‼️❤️❤️
And after a few weeks, she can apply for one of those cool silver buttons TH-cam gives for 100k.
Girl, i love you for being a real human being! My life is not polished or instagram ready, and i dont want it to be! Keep it up! ♥️
Yay! I'm excited for you!!
You’re so awesome I hope to one day be able to have a beautiful garden and amazing skill set like you😊
She has a pantry tour video! ☺️
Thank you!!
I feel like we need to get you a food processor sponsorship to help you out. Lol but honestly I love watching the whole process. Very inspiring
Or one of those food choppers like Sara uses on Living Traditions.
I love Sarah and Kevin from Traditions Homestead
You are a dynamo. I love seeing the younger generation growing and canning their own produce. Love watching you.
Ooh I just took a break from writing a paper, saw this, and clicked so fast. This is absolutely how I'm going to spend enjoying my break. :)
I love how you show us your mistakes!! Hahaha. You’re so funny and adorable. I love your determination! Great job! Wonderful skills to have. Congratulations on 100,000! You did it so fast!
Even if I don't ever cook any of those delicious recipes, I still love hanging out with you Becky.
I did not realize you could get so many quarts out of SCRAPS!! Very useful info. Thanks Becky!
You’re a beautiful, hardworking inspiration! Me and my two daughters love you!
I am absolutely AMAZED that you were able to get soooo much done in a day 😀. You go girl!
I love that you are not afraid to try experimenting with all the things!!
So happy to see another video!! You’re one of my top three favs to watch.
You can talk as fast as you want! You are a joy to listen to and watch. Makes this 72-year old want to keep up to a point. Love the steam juicer! So easy. Yes, the stool is a good idea I learned it from, That 1870"s Homestead.
Thank you for your awesome display of canning and being an authentic woman. I appreciate you.
I'm so proud of you, from dirt and a seed and of course water! Where in the heck are you going to store all of these jars? God Bless! : )
I would store them in my neighbour’s pantries! Spread the love, ya know?
@@alixwithani8250 She welcome to store them in MY pantry, I'll tell you that! LOL
I think she has a pretty big home. What a wise investment of her time and great example if she has children.
Becky, the peppers in the food saver come out beautifully. I never have freezer crystals on mine since I started freezing mine this way. I also use mine for chili and quiches and other things. You will be very happy with the using the food saver this time.
Great idea for quiche I need to do that! Never thought of that. Thank you! ❤
I love watching you being productive and all. Your husband is so lucky to have such a wonderful wife. Lookinf forward for more videos to come.
I love the doggy tippy taps and little barks in the background! so comforting
You’re one of the best tubers happening at the moment, yay on 100,000 subscribers in such a fast time!’ Love you’
Thank you Becky, it’s always a pleasure to watch your videos, I’m learning so much. You are such an inspiration 🤩
I like these, but not for liquids. They still get wet and burn. 👍
I loved this video Becky. You’re such a hard worker. I can only imagine how exciting it is to be processing all of your own fruits and veggies. 🤗
when I watch your videos I realize I actually squander most of my day 😩. The amount of energy you have is amazing! you have such a wholesome lifestyle. I am enjoying your channel! thx
You must have an amazing freezer! Thanks for an overview of your food preservation. It inspires me!
It's so refreshing to see your videos. What you achieve in your kitchen in such a short time is amazing. Thanks for sharing et bon courage!
I have tops that the arms won't stay up too. I felt for your constantly pulling them up!
You are amazing!! So organized, so well spoken, so honest!
Brenda, YAY!!!!! I'm glad you are here!!
Hi Becky, we put a chair next to the stove and set the jar on that. It helps with preventing burns. Awesome day of work you got done.
You just amaze me with your endless amounts of energy❤.
A tip on the steam juicer: we always put a barstool or something in front of it where we place the jar. So when we take out the juice, we don't have to hold the jar.
I think the idea of putting the pear peels and cores into the juicer is amazing!
@@janew5351 absolutely! It uses every ounce of food!
I use a stool as well. And I have a loop of string tied to the lid. I put the tube with the clamp through the loop and it never flips out anymore
New to the channel. Love it so far😃quick hack. Submerge a colander to create a chunk free area When scooping liquid out of your pears, salsa etc.
