I did see the 2017 Womens March live on MSNBC and on Facebook from ALL around the world! Even the Arctic and Antarctic. I couldn't go but my husband marched in San Francisco. It wasn't just women. And sooo many small towns and medium cities took part along with the big ones. It was all that one day, all around the world. It was bigger than the Inauguration which made a difference to the incoming president. It is still talked about and the organizers are hoping for a huge Peoples March on January 18th. We shall see ... but I have my pink hat ready for a local march if it happens.
My take is that Democrats in these last weeks have been letting the chaos that is already starting -- infighting among different factions of Trump supporters -- to be on full display without distracting from it. I do see multiple responses to it, so maybe I have the "right" sources of info.
