It seems like they tried playing tanks they're not comfortable on because their team told them to. Seeing their Winston gameplay vs their Rein gameplay was like a night and day difference.
This reminds me, sometimes I just talk out loud to assure/hear myself clearly lmao, if I die I feel like switching but then I consider the decision out loud and usually I keep my pick lmao. Unless I'm widow and miss every shot
I was literally saying "Did that Zenyatta pay him off to not kill him?" when Emongg asked if he was invisible. I was just so annoyed seeing him duck behind a wall to reload when he had 75% charge and 450 health, a bubble coming up in 2 seconds, and there's a 50 health zenyatta and an Ashe looking the other direction in front of him.
Allowing a zen to frontline like that is pure bronze work, man....he genuinely doesn't see you as a threat. That's crazy. This guy is scared of his own shadow.
This player obviously likes Rein the most out of all the tank heroes because he's got a legendary skin and jade weapon for him. Being pushed into a certain playstyle because of a 4 stack, or even by blizzard themselves (because counter swapping is a trash concept), isn't fun and is made exponentially worse with the competitiveness of ranked.
11:40 Focus on your shield being your tool not for your team and when you know you can feed damage safely to farm your support ults. Rein lives off the resources he is given so make sure you help your team make them as available as possible.
The amount of times I get blamed, on any role, for a problem or a loss when I feel like I'm the only person on the team who isn't wearing horse-blinders is tooooooo dang many.
i have the answer. as a supp, they main zen and they just feel bad killing one of their own. no other answer makes sense as to why they stare into the zens eyes multiple times and watch them walk away with less than 10hp
@@zyxgirlfriend SAME LMFAO and when they pull their lil glock out... i cant lie, my heart breaks a little bit but its a dog eat dog world out there ✊🏻🥲

And if they betray me by solo ulting me, I just get back at them with a solo ult as well lmfao I remember this qp game where it was 4v6, I was DVA spectating my teammates try to push as I befriended all the enemies and they were chill with me
much prefer Emongg spectating lower level players and actually tryna help them get better. unlike Flats who just talks shit like he was never a low level before.
11:21 as a Destiny player my heart just stopped for a moment and I couldn't even figure out why for a couple seconds (while I was wondering how the Rein wasn't dead). Good ol' glacier nade.
See idk why everyone keeps saying Zarya didn't see the Zen, but they actually did and was beaming Zen but then randomly stopped and turned around. Can't know for sure what happened, but you are right because I have to sit close to my monitor because of my eyesight. Hard to track anything otherwise.
It saddens me to know that I’ve bed sitting at diamond 3 for so long then a massive mmr reset put me in gold 1 to plat 3 and those are the kinds of teammates I get 90% of the time😂😂😂
I want to play confidently as tank (I'm currently Plat 5 as tank), but, I barely play the role because teammates barely play as team or healers turn into DPS (QP is guilty of this, ex: Moira DPS ulting instead of also healing others). It's such a pressure being a tank nowadays unlike 6v6 - one tank went aggro, the other protect teammates. It was a strategy. PS: I'd rather be a 'Heal bot' than getting blame for no heals.
Tank players swap on your judgment, not on your teammates's. Sometimes, one will tell you to swap to a tank that is good against the other tank but sucks vs the dps and support
Most likely because they are afraid of falling over. In low metal ranks, DPS passive is just so oppressive. Support can't keep the tanks up & as a tank we have no confidence in our ability to make plays.
@@nikpalagaming8610 so real, i HATE playing tank for this reason. i main support but i do my daily 'queue as all roles' and ofc its tank all 3 times and every game is such a struggle. and when i play support its equally as frustrating watching my tank either walk in and immediately die or just walk backwards the entire game like there is just no middle ground right now, every game feels like it relies on one of the dps popping off or its just a steamroll in either direction

Mauga is so disgusting. Him and Sombra are the only characters I try to avoid picking because of how bad I feel when I play them. Someone switched to Mauga against me as Rein and it just felt absolutely ridiculous. I charged him from the front, he charged and just walked through it. I charged him from behind, (sure pin when you charge from 3 feet behind someone, right?) and he just charged away without a care in the world. I made contact with him, but I just rubbed up against him for a few seconds before he made his escape, unscathed. I switched after 1 fight. Everything about Mauga makes me want to throw up
I've seen this potato guy on tank quite a few times when I was struggling through gold/silver, and always knew he was an easy matchup against my tank; but omfg I had no idea he was this bad.
Brother joined a 4 stack and lost his W key lmao. If nothing else this person should've seen reaper use beyblade on the transcendence and immediately lost all confidence in their teammates opinions. There is also absolutely zero grasp on shield management and Winston gameplay
Hmm when you said he should have bubbled that much sooner, his bubble only just came up right as he died. Guess he could probably have gotten it off, but definitely not much sooner. 😮
Hey now, I'm a good Doom. 66% winrate, 400 hours on Doom in just the past 10 months. You'd be having fun on my team and not frustrated. I do also know when to swap and when to brawl or play slower. Most Dooms (or tanks in general) don't.
As a new player who mainly plays tank, this is what I would say to new players. Main Rein and I will tell you why. When I started I played as Orisa feeling like she would be a safe character for me in how she played. As a new player I found myself not really understanding certain aspects of the game. As in because of her playstyle I couldn't tell if I wasn't doing my part or if the team was slacking somewhere. Somehow I transitioned to Rein and everything changed in how I was able to understand the game. Rein really put things into perspective for me, because he needs a good team behind him. Granted I'm not saying just because you are Rein doesn't mean you are not throwing. However it's easier to tell what your team is doing. At times I would see my time just getting caught up on a pointless fight or hold when it could have been avoided altogether and in a different position actually on point (the koth first to two game mode). I even asked in team text if we could just go to the point and they kept feeding and ignored me. It's things like that. A lot of times if you pop off as Rein it means your team is playing so well that you yourself are unstoppable. A lot of times playing the same way every time it comes down to the team because I make the same decisions most times. A lot of times I find myself alone and getting ganged up on because the team want's to play it too safe and not trust the Rein. It's things like after a while you can tell if your dps is ignoring both the enemy and your backline. You get an understanding of why you are getting enough heals. There are games to where I know almost immediately will be a loss. Playing Rein as tank will teach you so much about the game. Also if a Kiriko ever tells you it's not them, pay close attention to them. If they are not in the enemy backline and teleporting back, it means that they are throwing. Oh and teams if you ever see your Rein having to block as they are trying to get back to you after making a play and they have a melee character hitting them? You NEED to take them out because Rein can't block melee damage. So say if Rein is trying to mitigate incoming damage to him and they have their own Rein or Brig or something and you don't help your Rein it's on you if he lives of not because that melee damage literally seals their fate. So instead of blaming Rein or any tank look at what you are doing for your tank. How are you helping them or not helping? I guarantee you are throwing more than you think by not doing certain things.
Emongg's Catchphrase: Shoot the Zenyatta
Flat's Catchphrase: STOP SHOOOOTING THE HORSE!!!

If your backline is not in danger, its a good time to look for openings in their backline. At least thats how I play tank aggressiveness

Most likely because they are afraid of falling over. In low metal ranks, DPS passive is just so oppressive. Support can't keep the tanks up & as a tank we have no confidence in our ability to make plays.
It's such a thin line between feeding & making plays to get some kills, tanks can't get away with much, if they over stretch a little they fall over.
