Regarding that "7" and "0" cards, your analysis is correct and that is how it works. About that "Jump-In", you need to have the exact card that is played. If someone else plays a Red 1, you can jump in if you have a Red 1 only, you cannot jump in if you have the number 1 in any other colour, the same applies to wild cards (Reverse, skips and +2). Although, if you get skipped (Let's assume using a Yellow skip and you have another Yellow skip in your hand), you cannot jump in since you are skipped, but the other persons can jump in if they have the same card. Hope this helps ✌🏻❤ Edit: This version of Uno allows you to end on any card (Even the wild ones), but the gang doesn't end of wild cards just for the fun of it, they treat it as a Bitch Pussy move. Well, you can end on a special card, but it's usually frowned upon to end on a Wild card. The card has to at least have a color so you can't cheese it by using a card that doesn't need to be any color. HOWEVER...it's also funny sometimes, so the content creators will do it just for the funny sometimes.
