Crispy Paneer Snacks / Recipes - Today's Paper Paneer Ingredients:
Paneer - 200g
Corn Starch - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste about ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Rice Flour - 6 tbsp
Black Pepper - 2 tsp
Oil - to deep fry + 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli - 8-10 whole
Onion - 1 small, diced
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves - to garnish

Bake at 200-220 degree centigrade for 5-7 mins or until golden brown. Whole wheat flour can be used instead of maida
