Who should apply for warrant to disclose computer data? The police officer? Or police officer and complainant/victim?

Diba po kapag mayroon ng soft copy ng screenshots from facebook post ng offender hindi na kailangan dumaan ng forensic examination from law enforcement agencies? I'm talking about cyberlibel po. Enough na po ba ung screenshot ng facebook post para umakyat sa court basta available ung exact facebook post with the URL and profile nung offender?

hello po good day po pwde po bang magtnong what if po nainvade po nila ang personal living mo? they ruined your own personal life because meron dw po silang evidence against me? nagkaroon n po ako ng severe depression about this, palagi n po akong anxious s sarili ko.. pwede nyo po ba akong mtulongan sa case ko n po ito?kc sbi po nila meron dw po silang video,pictures n ebidensya laban dw po sakin. Nalabag n po kc nila ang personal n buhay ko,personal n pmumuhay nmin..Ginawa po nilang 24/7 na at nkapublic viewing n po ito s lht ng mga kpitbahay ko..Ano po b dpt kong gwin para dto?
