The Ultimate First Jet Lagged Day in London 🇬🇧 🎭

Come spend my first day back in London with me!
Not going to lie, the jet lag hit hard, but during my first 24 hours in London I still managed to see two West End Shows (The Pillowman and The Crucible), have a lazy day hanging around Hoxton and Shoreditch, and a wild Friday night out on the town with my best friend who happens to be a ex-local!
Wondering how I did it?
Lots of coffee, healthy food, water, and a cheeky glass of wine, plus a ton of excitement to be back in London at the theater taking my best friend to her first ever West End show!
I'm a total theater addict, having seen hundreds of shows at this point between Broadway and the West End, so I was thrilled when TodayTix offered to send my friend and I to see The Crucible on the West End in exchange for mentioning them on my blog (AllyTravels.com).

Only rookies get jet lag. Get someone to tell you how to avoid it.

That’s hardly true, it’s generally very circumstantial. I’ve got lots of helpful tips to avoid jet lag, but the biggest one might be that only rookies have a bad attitude about it when/if it happens. The pros just roll with the punches and make the best out of it 😉
