There's something about the music and the shaking/nodding head that is mesmerizing. I've probably had this on loop for the past 4 to 5 minutes. It also reinforces these corrections. Awesome stuff.

plus set the bench up in the cables to do similar to the dumbbell seated, more for squeezing sets, you get constant tension from the cable. it's gives you the best pump!
All great options except the hex press. It’s the same as a close grip bench, and not even at an incline so the vast majority of the work there is triceps and front delts, and maybe some lower chest.

The dual cable exercise is targeting your front Delts way more than your upper chest like that. You need to pull te cables inwards as well to get the upper chest more involved. And doing push ups is a waste of time. Also steroid use helps a crazy amount 😂
The first and 3rd exercise I only felt in my biceps and shoulders? Don’t have a machine with cables and after wearing my arms out on the the other 2 I can’t even do a push up lol
