I've a pair of those with the red laces, very comfortable and warm, only use them in the winter walking the dog across the fields...for €30, fantastic value.

I have your previous ones currently but would consider these for winter is the tread any good and arch support? (I have plantar fascitus)
Hope you and your family are well and good to see you back.

Thanks 👍 the tread looks good, but haven't had the opportunity to test on ice or snow yet. They don't seem to have huge arch support so maybe consider insoles if you did get them

I've been through a fair amount of brands trying to find a properly waterproof boot for dog walking and I find it nigh on impossible anything from cheap mountain warehouse (rubbish) to more expensive Columbia I've yet to find a show that does not leak. Maybe I've been unlucky. This year I've opted for ankle height wellies which have taken a bit of getting used to but are overall comfy and at last 100% waterproof!

I've never managed to get my head around wellies. Maybe the good ones are okay. Some of my girlfriends friends live in wellies as they have horses etc, guess once you get used to them it's fine.

I tend to buy karrimor waterproof shoes from sports direct, they usually last 6 - 12 months. I do wonder about the economics of that, maybe I should invest in some decent boots that will last longer and be cheaper over the long run.

It's the eternal question, cheap, low risk and replaceable, or expensive and long lasting. I probably wouldn't buy an expensive light weight shoe/trainer in the near future, but a nice leather or synthetic boot that could last many years is tempting. I prefer the simplicity of the one shoe that does everything that I feel these offer, I'd guess karrimor are just about the same spec

I'm a size 10 and they only do 10.5 does anyone know if that would be too big for me 🤔

Or with a thicker sock it would be good?

I found the shoes come up big. I'm a UK 9 but went for the equivalent of a UK 8.5 and fit fine. Returns are pretty good if you do need to swap them

How did the shoes perform within a year? You happy with them? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger and buying them. Thanks for the video

Still loving them. I have been using a pair of Asics running shoes daily which were a birthday gift over the summer, but reverted back to the trusted waterproof boot in last few weeks.
