In this clip, Johnny Chang about being in youth authority and sticking to his “car,” or among his fellow gang members, and Johnny went on to speak about getting used to being in there. From there, Johnny spoke about how disfunction in his family dynamic led to him joining a gang and how his mindset allowed him to justify the things he was doing. Johnny then shared how his life differed from a guy he grew up with, who wouldn’t touch drugs or join a gang, and Johnny explained that he thought he was stronger.
Cavario spoke to Johnny Chang about how his dysfunctional family dynamic led him to join a gang at just 12, and Johnny went on to speak about changing his life, including doing prison ministry. Johnny explained that if he knew the things he knows now, it would’ve stopped a lot of what he did in his past. He added that he’s spoke to people around the world, and he sees a lot of people who are lost and sad, and Johnny went on to speak about how he converted to Christianity. He then explained how his mother was introduced to Christianity, and Johnny went on to explain his discussion with a pastor that changed his mind.
Johnny Chang spoke about the gangster life and structure being like a religion to him, which led to a discussion about the power of belief. When asked about being a prison minister, Johnny explained that he teaches people about mindset and the heart, and he added that he’s not preaching to people. He added that the teaching is centered around the emptiness that people feel, and Johnny explained that it teaches resilience to overcome everyday things.

You cannot tell me Jesus Christ is not real. This dude was a COMPLETE thug and had no apparent reason to say anything about the name of Jesus. That's why its written in Isaiah 65:1 "I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me". When you get a testimony of this nature, how do you STILL not believe in the power of Christ? How is this possible?
It’s unfortunate because this interview really doesn’t showcase how powerful Johnny’s testimony is. I’d suggest watching the Soft White Underbelly interview.

i prayed for years for my 2 my homies to be saved........one night my buddy was at a shop with his daughter, and something made him turn around, he had a 38 pointed in his face, the gun jammed but then started bussin and none of the shots hit, then the gunman shoved the gun into my homes stomach and then it jammed again....my buddy survived , when the police saw the crime scene they taught my buddy was doing voodoo....long story short...its been 6 years and my buddy preaches the gospel.

52 years old, 40 years of Alcohol use run on self will and PRIDE. Somehow a successful medical professional despite myself. God knocked me on my ass and through that "blessing" I now live the best life i have ever had, and i have had it all since becoming a Dr at 25, but u was filling God holes with sex, alcohol, material items and other vices,,,,Once u asked God for help and gave those vices up, my life is fulfilled and happier than ever. Yes there is aloy of power in a rock as a higher power only in that it humbles you, but hood luck when the shit hits the fan, you can only throw that rock, give me God any day. Excellent work young man, I wish I was wise enough to have figured out what you did at your young age. It took me losing my ability to see my 6 and 9 yo kids everyday. My beautiful wife worth 5 Mil walked on me also with a shit ton of my $. But to find God and the life i am BLESSED with today, it's alright!

You took away, that belief is a very powerful thing. In reality, God actually exists, and there is a son of God, as strange as that sounds. I myself, struggle with that reality sometimes. But that's just the way it is. This man appears to have come to the same realization as I had several years ago. Brilliant interview sir, both of you are epic 💛 and as far as heaven and everlasting life . . . Yes its real. I know. For years I've said "No Way" and couldn't belive it myself . . . But things kept manifesting in my life . . . And it has become more and more difficult over time to deny that the son of God, is our reality on earth. God, who lives among us believers. So we can have conviction on sin, so we can discern things that’s of God vs. of this world/evil.
