Thanks for another great video of the long trains in Montana my friend. I like it when your doggy friend let loose now and then when she get to excited!! (I call her your four legged steam loco!!)
You're welcome WILLY, I'm glad you enjoy them. She does get excited when she knows a train is coming. I have to tell her not to bark at the train and then she won't but if I forget to tell her then she barks at it. She does sound like a steam loco when shes panting and gets excited, lol.
Great video as usual and lots of good content this week alone! Thank you! Interesting for us to see several BNSF coal trains coming north through Coutts to presumably load up at the mines in Sparwood area. Most have had a car count north of 130. They roll them fast up here. Cheers!
Yea, when I saw those I wondered if they were the prototype units that you pointed out to me. I was going to check but hadn't got around to it. Thanks for letting me know. Pretty cool that they are still being used. Thanks for watching.
Nice Video. Last Night My Railfanning buddy got back from Arizona, We watched Amtrak (I didnt take My camera bc it was dead) And The first Train after AMTK Was a grainer and it had the NP Heritage Hopper. I was so MAD!
Thanks Lou. Yea it did unfortunately. It's bad enough the amount of graffiti on the rail cars and now they are vandalizing the locomotives. Thanks for watching.
Thanks EasternCanadianRailfan. Yes they are, they have the highest priority over all the other trains. A Z train is double stack domestic containers (JB Hunt, Schneider, etc) and have TOFC Fedex and UPS trailers. Thanks for watching.

That coal hopper's still left in the siding there. I wonder when they'll get round to picking it up
It's been converted over to a maintenance of way ballast car and they keep it parked here most of the time. Thanks for watching.

Thanks NewGuy2020 and thanks for watching. That's why you always keep your batteries charged.
Very beautiful scenes, you need to mark with a 4k prefix to get more views
Thanks denault3985, I appreciate that. My videos are recorded in UHD, not 4K. Thanks for watching.
Still considered 4k and the term is commonly used, most people don't know what UHD is.
Cool video one if the rear distributed power units got tagged rather badly. It could use don’t TLC.
Thanks Lou. Yea it did unfortunately. It's bad enough the amount of graffiti on the rail cars and now they are vandalizing the locomotives. Thanks for watching.
Bad injector(s) on the Z’s lead unit. Cyclic puffs of unburned fuel.
Any chance you’d tell us what camera you use?
I use a Panasonic HC-X1. Thanks for watching.
Herman Munster! ;-)
Thanks for watching.
nice catches. Is a Z train a hot train on BNSF's system?
Thanks EasternCanadianRailfan. Yes they are, they have the highest priority over all the other trains. A Z train is double stack domestic containers (JB Hunt, Schneider, etc) and have TOFC Fedex and UPS trailers. Thanks for watching.
