Man what you do here for young men is truly helpful💪 Especially the high fade in 3 steps like, it's gonna last , super fresh, and you make it so simple that's what we needed!
New sub right here! What a breathe of fresh air , cutting with the guards that the majority of us have. Only started cutting since covid and I'm doing alright. Appreciate the work bro, keep it up. Much love from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Perhaps the best tutorial for the high skin fade. I’m still new to this. Cut my hair twice last month (first two times, ever). Will try again tomorrow before the NBA playoffs. Thanks again.
Hey, I am bald and 52 years old. However, when I was a young adult at around 30, I really loved the fade haircut. I enjoyed learning about different types of fade haircuts, including how to use the clipper guard open or close, even though I found it frustrating at first.
great video and perfect timing! i started self cutting ever since this bs started a few months back. i wanted to try a high fade to avoid all the imperfections around the temporal and occipital area because its difficult to blend with all the shadows. this tutorial helps, wish me luck. keep doing what you're doing, you're an inspiration.
Cut my own hair 5-6 times in last few months of lockdown, ur vids have been the biggest help so wanted to say thanks. Beard is looking hard btw! God bless
Excellent video! I liked your flair at then very end. Don't ever listen to the haters, you had about 6K subscribers when you made this video and as I watch it you you have 11K+. That's all you need to pay attention to. Keep it up. Appreciate the help.
another awesome video. you've really inspired me to get the gear and do my own hair over lockdown. it will save me a lot of money long term! and don't worry about the negative comments about adding your line as its obvious how the cut should be done before you add it.
Andrew this video rocks! I love you’re using guards majority of us have on hand now. Did not want to buy a half guard or new clippers to do this! This is my fave tutorial by you so far! Thank you rockstar! ❤️🇺🇸😍❤️🇺🇸😍❤️🇺🇸😍
Great video as always! Really well explained and in an easy to learn format. Any chance you could do a video on how you use your self cut system. I mean as in which mirror you look in to do certain parts of the head and stuff. You don't need to even cut your hair whilst doing it. Would really help me out before I buy a system.👍
@@AndrewCuts im struggling too. I had to give myself a 0.5 today coz i got the angle of what mirror to look in wrong. Did you ever do that video? If so could you send me a link please.
....Beautiful razor shaved sides and back, and nice and smooth above the ears. Do you only do self-haircuts at home, or do you give haircuts (namely skin fades) at a barbershop or people come to your place for skin fade haircuts? What city? Beautiful slick shaved bald fade in this video. I like it.
Great tutorial bro ! Could you please show how to cut this "top back part" to make your back of the head look rounded like you have ? i see that this back is shorter than front or middle of the top. Thanks !
Hey Andrew , is it possible that you do a high fade video with the usage of more than 2 guards ? I bought pretty everything needed and I’m having trouble doing it good. Thanks for showing us the way. 👌
Great video and high fade. Maybe you could do a video on how you cut the top of the head evenly with scissors. I have both the normal scissors and thinning scissors but I still end up with jagged lines on the top of my head occasionally. I can't seem to get it even on the first pass through.
It’s good to blow dry after sea salt spray then trim hair...the best hair cut starts with a vision, messes up the hair cut, goes backward, improvises, and actually end up with double originall vision. I found the sideburns most difficult to Master.
I always hear people talk about using the corner of the blade when fading and I also hear going with the grain when fading too. What’s the point? Especially going with the grain because I would think it wouldn’t cut anything.
Cutting with the grain is a technique used typically on African American hair, specifically waves. If your hair is straight like mine, cutting with the grain probably isn’t a good idea. Using the corners of the blade however is effective no matter the the hair type
Doing the line around is just impossible for me.. i tried so many times whenever i cut my hair but i end up just shaving the whole thing. Not to mention i get confused when shaving my head while looking at the mirror.😔
Anyone else find themselves saying I can't get my hand oriented in the right direction because of the mirror? I am twisting my hand all over the place to find the time the clippers stop and lay flat on my head. That backwards stuff is throwing me all out of whack.
I've watched dozens of videos & this one is BY FAR the absolute BEST & easiest to follow! Thank you for taking the time to do this
Same here lol if I can't do this I'm no hope

Thankyou! This is just what I was looking for. Not all the other confusing use 10 different guards haircuts. I can breathe

Hey i would like to see a video on what clippers are best for beginners/people who are on a budget. Thanks man, another great video. 🙏🏼
Absolutely, I’ll work on that 👍👍thanks!
Nice and detailed guidance vide!! Thanks, Andrew!! How about trying to do taper fade next time?
Yes, I’ve been meaning to do a taper fade video for a while now. Hoping to have it out soon. Thanks!!
If I don’t have an outliner or foil shaver am I able to just use a razor & shaving cream to take all the hairs off on the pure skin
Smooth self cut.
how about a tutorial of how to cut top hair
Great Video man! I used ur video last time when I cut my hair. Keep up the great work 😊💯
Thank you! Glad it was helpful 🙏🙌

Can you do a tutorial for people how dont have clippers with a lever?
thank you! the results are blazing!

I found the sideburns most difficult to Master.
I think you should put the bald line much lower to achieve more of a smoother transition between the sides to the top
My clipper doesnt have a lever. Am I pretty much out of luck or is there a work around?
It there a video you can show me how to do a skin tight fade? This fade you completed is what I go for usually.
After 3 Tries my Hair came Out really dope. Thx bro
Aye so glad to hear that! Practice makes perfect 🙌🙌
dope cut
Video davvero molto utile, bravissimo complimenti dalla Sicilia......
So happy I won!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 great video and thank you again
Congrats bro! Enjoy!
Does this method work for any length on top?
why dont you use straight razor instead of foil shaver?
Thank you, this helped me a lot
