i think the hair line is better without the fibers, straight line is not natural and looks fake, i dont understand that trend. just do the fade and the beard lines and that would look natural and with stile. no need to over do it
I always wondered how it was done and, actually, it's a little bit counter-intuitive to me. I've been cutting my own hair since 1991, after I went to see family in Guyana and a friend of the family used just scissors and a comb to give me a decent haircut. I thought, if he can do it with that, then surely I can do so with clippers. After a few not so great attempts I started getting better. I haven't got an exact system going and sometimes the results are a bit hit and miss. For the bald part, I usually come up from the base of the neck, and the sideburns and judge the line by eye; then come down onto the line from above, changing lever and clipper attachments as I go. The method shown here is completely new to me. This tutorial is exactly what I need to have a system that I can stick to. Thank you.
So clear and thanks for this tutorial, i just have a question, Why don't you use same blue clipper for blending the 2nd line instead of using Saber one?! is it just for the quite motor to hear the hair crunch? Thank you in advance!
If I don’t have a skin blade on my clippers and can only get to 0 being my lowest point as a start up barber would this aspect work if I used a 3 all over rather than a 2 and went down to 0 fade the same way rather than skin fade
First of all let me tell you that I think your work is just top of the line in regards to the overall craft/art. That said, I've cut my own hair for years and now I'm comfortable enough to try and give myself a similar very close fade like the one featured here. What I'd like to know from a pro like yourself is, do you think this fade is close to what the Boxer, Prince Naseem Hamed had back years ago in his younger days?
On the picture with the guidelines you had the baseline- trimmer then the 1st- lever open did you use a guard on the 1st-lever open if so what was it? Following your instructions to fade my husbands hair and I’m new to this 😅😮💨
This is the best tutorial on TH-cam. You made this extremely easy to follow, and your explanations have cleared up my confusion. Thank you for posting!
Me watching this thinking I can, maaaay-be, do it on my 4 year old who's petrified of barbers... I'm super scared I'll make him look like an abstract piece of art though. 😩 Yours looks amazing!
thats what i thought. the fibres ruined it for me completely. his corners with the buzzcut look is looking super masculine. at 0:44 he could have just faded it a bit at the low end and it would be the perfect cut for him. stylish and simple.
@0:59 "The occipital bone is -literally- the bone here that protrudes from the back of the head." Unnecessary, overused filler word. @7:50 " -Rinse-and- Repeat the same process." You're not rinsing anything. Unnecessary. You're welcome. 👌🏻
@@DavidEscamilla153 So many unfamiliar words for a non english native. And how u mix the fades was confusing. I havent tried it but i will. Would love to master this style.

@@MrDjdanvno he means stile, when you go for a walk and cross into another field

Thank you for that excellent fade tutorial. You've explained it in plain English. ❤
That is crazy, you just gave the guy 10 more years to his life, he looks so much younger. Nice cut!
Thank you for teaching us ❤ god bless you bro 🛐🛐
You said open lever but what size guard is on it?
I have the same hair almost..I just prefer to keep 16mm on top and medium fade on the sides (both with razor or not). Good job!

I love the saver for blending ! The rebel is more for setting guidelines ! I feel more control w the saber
If someone wants a 1 fade, do you just work your way up from the 1 guard with the same steps?
Yes, and the same applies for a 0.5 fade too
Good job bro only video I actually u rested thank you
guys please can someone help. where do i put my trimmer baseline for low/mid/high fades with regards to the periatal ridge and ocipital bone??

Can I achieve this cut with just the Wahl magic clippers and an Andis shaver? I don't have all the other trimmers. Thanks for the detailed vid.
I got you ! Do you have any other trimmers ?
What is name of the pouder ??

More impressively, you grew his receding hairling out 😂
His hairline ain't really that bad.

0:44 the best haircut for him! You just need to cut there near the ears.
thats what i thought. the fibres ruined it for me completely. his corners with the buzzcut look is looking super masculine. at 0:44 he could have just faded it a bit at the low end and it would be the perfect cut for him. stylish and simple.
Dang I saw the before and after with the corners and then I had hope. Then the fibers came in haha the washout huh ? Clean cut tho

God bles you very good video
God bless you bro ❤️
'Topnotch idiots' be like:
"Ma homie Alfredo sent me to this barbershop...so you's tryna catch a fade or what ma boy?"
No 1/16 guard ? This is the first video I’ve seen where the 1/2 guard wasn’t used

Kind of a long way to do it but great result. Most of us old heads can do it free hand, no guides.
Just want to teach the fundamentals bro ! 🙏

Don't understand getting 3 layer,with just 2 layer fading😊😊😊
