I thought the wings were small but when next to a person it's actually humongous. The drone shot made it clearer as well. Lots of love were really put into this!

Great restoring C-17, great video. Rewiring plane is almost like real deal. Question if only inboard turbine engines only, what used outboard engine necelles? Waiting for more
The plane was originally built with 4 turbines, but later changed to 2 turbines. the outboard nacelles will be kept empty.
@@flightsystemsrc thanks info. I wondered the cost for 2 is bad but 4. Long as 2 is power enough that is what’s matters. Can’t wait to see fly again after rescuing.

I have a question ... please excuse my ignorance !!..... will it be powered by just the two jets ?? ...or are you intending to put in four?
I was originally powered by 4 turbines then later on just 2 turbines - and now we will keep it as only 2
I think you can fly with it in the cargo bay
Yes- it has flown with the cargo door open - we will hope to do it again👍
A few questions how much lift will the plane have plus how much could it carry?
The complete weight would be around 260 lbs - but i don't this we will put any cargo in her😆🤣😅
How long did it take for the original owner to build and fly this model
I believe about a year.But Collin had a crew of guys working on it everyday. Lucas is just one man working on the weekends. But it will get done.Thank you for watching 😃
