Discovery of fact means , it is not recovery of nife. Fact here means "nife with which the accused stabbed the victim is " fact. The occurrence of stabbing is the fact.

If the police discovered something after memorandum but faid to prove before court like for example no witness for the seizure memo, contradiction I'm statement of witness who sold gun. Any judgement in this regard
