During the parts of the song where they have the 3 games' themes, they only play the games from that entry during the song, plus one challenge from that game. First theres only the GBA games, then starting with fan club and the start of the next song, is only DS games, then it goes to the WII games
Not to mention, once the title themes start, only "2" stages were shown. Cosmic Dancers 2, Fan Club 2, Working Dough 2, etc.
And they also appear in the same order. First from left tower, then final tower, and eight tower. It took me a while to realize it.
at the end of each theme, they have the endless minigame of that game. for example clap trap transitions into the megamix theme bc its a fever game
God damn I fucking despise Clap Trap at the end. I was so close to a perfect, and it just had to ruin my run.

Only people who enjoy these games and collect the Perfect-Ps might understand this probably. But do you know that feeling when playing them, failing several times but then getting closer and closer to perfect them.
Might be just me or possibly also you who did it but while playing the final Remix and getting close and closer to the end, my heart starts beating faster, I get so excited and my body just goes in a feeling of tension.
Don't know if I sound silly by saying that I couldn't help but cheering a loud Yes! when I managed the Perfect. It's possibly just a music rhythm game but I felt an adrenaline rush.

As someone who perfected Megamix, I can definitely say I do.
That happens to me in any rhythm game! Whenever i come close to perfecting something that's hard for me i can feel my heart beating harder and faster, it's really fun.
In any other game from the sgaga it was like this, each Perfect made my heart beat so fast that I could feel my beats in my head lololol, in Fever was hand sweating and making me lose the control of the wii control :v.
For Megamix, Im now a very good player and hardly fail Perfects, I did every game Perfect while playing history mode(I think game is easier but idk) but yeah, there are some games that still make me nervous like Frog Hop, Lockstep, Ninja Bodyguard and etc. I love that feeling of rush on my whole body, makes me feel alive🥳🥳🥳
The Clap Trap part, I swear. Why is it that near-misses are allowed in the Sick Beats section but not Clap Trap?
I listen to the main music more than the clap trap queues, as its all to the beat of the real music anyway.

I noticed that the main theme sections all have a pattern: Left Hand Tower game, Tibby's Mom game, Right Hand Tower game, then the endless game (Charging Chicken is replaced by the tutorial)

After playing Rhythm Paradise, playing the 3DS version and comparing the GBA with the 3DS... Every time I got more into the think that I believe about Nintendo makes every new Rhythm game easiest than the first one. (In my opinion)

As a person who only played Tengoku and the Megamix demo, I can say all these Tengoku games in this remix are pretty damn nostalgic.

This game is a celebration of all things rhythm heaven. it makes me worried that this might be the last game of the franchise.
Sadly, while Rhythm Heaven (DS) sold well, Fever was a flop IIRC.
Megamix wasn't given a big budget and was only a digital release because of that one reason.
It did sell like a monster in Japan, though so I doubt it's the last one in the series, but Megamix may be the last one for NTSC and European regions.
Snackies hopely Nintendo gets rid of region locking so I can just import.
The Switch will not be region-locked, so if a Japan-only RH game will be released on it, it can just be imported.
Too early to say imo but fingers crossed.

This is basically all easy except for ninja bodyguard and clap trap. I got past clap trap once, and I was in so much shock I lost my perfect immediately afterwards.
I like how at some point games come in order: 1:48 are Tengoku games, 2:26 are DS games, 2:52 are fever games and 3:16 are megamix original games. So the remix is like retell the entire rhythm heaven series

See-Saw on the Wii was near impossible. See-Saw in RHMM is a walk in the park.
How was it near impossible on the Wii? It was always one of my top three favorites.
I found the responsiveness of the Wii to be extremely lacking. It's soooo much better on the 3DS.
Part of that responsiveness issue could be your display (some people also say they can tell from wireless controllers too)

This is a stat that almost no TV manufacturer actually advertises :/
Usually image processing increases the delay so time critical gamers usually turn all that off, and also look out for low input lag display when making a purchase.
zedamex Yeah, I figured that's what it is given other rhythm games allow you to adjust for the lag. Mine is around 5ms, but Fever doesn't allow for any adjustment other than that initial calibration and let's face it, I'm not a robot. I can be on or off by a little bit every time.
the 5ms is likely the refresh rate, not the input lag.
See if your TV/monitor is in that displaylag database, it might be worse than you think.

As much trouble as this game gave me (and will continue to give me until I 100% it), I'm still incredibly pleased with this Remix, even if it doesn't include every game.
My favorite parts are Airboarder and Frog Hop for sure. The lead-in from Flock Step to Frog Hop is BEAUTIFUL, and... I just love Airboarder.

I think the most difficult part to realise your making a mistake is the marching section, he asks you to look but doesnt tell you to stop, so its actually a dual input. Everything else is much the same as the base games.
