Am I the only one who looks at atleast 80 of these back to school essentials videos as if I've never gone to school before and have no idea what happens there, then also end up going to school with like, a pencil and a tampon or something because I know that's all I ever need.
In our school; We can't wear make up unless we have a program or contest. We can't wear Nail polish. We can't have a tattoo unless you hide it very well. You can't dye your hair. You're not allowed to chew gum. You can't wear colored hair ties, pins and any other accessories unless if they're earrings. Speaking of earrings, boys can't wear them. We have to wear uniforms unless you're a new student and don't have a uniform. Boys can't wear a t-shirt under their uniforms. For boys you need to have a proper hair cut, for girls your hair should be tied back or out of your face. You can only wear black shoes. You could not wear colored socks and they need to be short. You can't bring gadgets in the normal school days. We don't have lockers so that means we have to carry everything! Some school does not need to pay for their food and some does including mine. We have to wake up at 5:00 just to get ready because school starts at 7:10. So on and so forth... Too many to type.
My essentials: 1. You know what 2. BB Cream 3. Mascara 4. Lip gloss 5. Lip balm 6. pen/pencil (incase I forget my pencil case. I also keep them in my locker bc better safe than sorry 7. gum/mints 8. food of some sort (im there till 5:15 so I get hungry) 9. headphones 10. socks (sometimes I wear tights to school and change clothes after so it help s to have those. 11. deodorant
July 28th I'm most excited for the "Nerdy'ness! But really I can't wait for the new experience and knowledge I'm going to have, just keeping busy and don't forget the art classes. I'm excited for too much!
Our school is soooooo different!!! 1 We have to have certain equipment eg pencil pen ruler etc 2 we have a uniform 3 any phones, laptops MP3 players seen in school are confiscated until Thursday so sometime even over the bee eked depending what day they were taken!!!!!! 4 we are given exercise books and we have to write certain stuff down! However our schools are free😏

Gracie Chan we never got homework (they let us do it in class) and if we didn't turn it in, the teacher wouldn't care. At my school its about the way you behave and/or tests. That's it.
The thing that I always need in my backpack is MY FILE!!! If I do not have my file, I do not have my homework and I will get scolded and the Teachers will ask “Why did you not do your homework?” Me:” I did . I just didn’t bring my file to school” Teacher:”That is not an excuse!” And my homework for that day will be crumpled

I go to a English school with uniform. But on non uniform days we can basically only have jeans and a tee but we can't show shoulders
