Hello po, tanong ko lang po if basis din po ba ng 6 classification ng bigas ang dami ng durog na bigas na nakahalo duon? halimbawa well-milled rice ay may 10% na broken lamang, regular-milled rice namn may 15% na broken rice lamang. salamat po.

Ussually po ang clasiffication ng mix rice ay presyong broken rice.
Ohhh thank you po. meaning po ba basta well-milled rice mas mababa po ang percentage ng broken kaysa sa regular-milled? Kasi po di po naman totally whole grain ang isang well-milled and regular-milled, but compared sa broken rice kapansin pansin mas madami ang durog na bigas.

Para sakin ang bigas kahit durog durog pa yan basta masarap. Dudurugin mo din lasi sa bunganga yan
Ilang months po ba tinatagal ng bigas.. Kasi pag matagal daw naistock yung bigas sa sako, nawawala yung moisture nya.. Ilan buwan po ba?
