Really a BetterHelp sponsorship? Take that blood money dude
I can’t tell if more TH-camrs are accepting BetterHelp sponsorships or if I’m just noticing more since I learned how shitty the company is.
Ive never heard of it tbh.@@DKdrop

He's gotta eat just don't use it lmfao .
@@eno6712 Yeah tell that to the vulnerable people who don't know any better
What's wrong with it?
Betterhelp is known for underpaying their therapists so no the best sponsor
most of them aren't even licensed and they sell your data
the only thing wrong with this video is the betterhelp sponsorship...
Any topic that he has covered that I know anything about is always on point lol it’s crazy. He’s the world’s most interesting man.
"This is also called suffering from success" 😂😂
I often look at Danny DeVito as my inspiration. That man is the peak example of human body structure.
30 seconds into this video and already several solid jokes!
A joke is you being natural
Wait until you see the segue to the sponsor. 10/10

Why have all youtubers collectively forgotten what happened with betterhelp?
Outstanding.
Can’t wait for casually explained: weightlifting

6'4", put on muscle like it's nothing, and getting down to *20%* bodyfat was an eight-month journey of agony. I've given up every trying to have an ab.
What helps me stay lean yet muscular is eating a lot of dark leafy greens and consuming loads of green tea - obviously with the usual eggs, meat, avocados and whatnot. I’m sub 10 percent year round cut up. 6’1 188 lbs
Do direct core training instead and get the muscles bigger so the fat has to spread out over a larger surface area.
If you got muscles why care about the fat percentage ?
@@testacalsIf you got airplanes why care about mountain climbing?
I just thought it would be cool to be buff for once, but even cutting weight for a fight was hard as hell. :D
@@toppersundquistWhat sport did you cut weight for?
Bodybuilding is a skill, building body is an art.

The 4;20 ish ...yes.. was worth the entire video. Thank you.
This is the guidance I needed to get started bodybuilding
please dont take betterhelp sponsor. Their tharapist vetting process suck and a lot of them do not care about their patients. They are known to fake connection issues and are also known to do only the bare minimum.
no way. i literally quit ski jumping this week and startet getting into bodybuilding. (i mean not really but hypertrophie in a healthy way, but still) ur timing is just crazy
Better help is a scam. Stop taking their sponsorship

@@badsongcovers.mp4738sell your data even if they said they don't hire unlicensed therapists and can be more expensive than actual therapy
You should try them they are good
They have real therapists. The controversy was that they were selling data to third party ad companies or to some third party
That Sponsor transition caught me off guard 🤣
the comedic timing of some of these jokes, golden. the chris hemsworth one killed me.
Better Health sponsoring a video about body building…. They know us too well
don't actually use better help they sell your data
