To the point that fifa introduced VAR for that reason, and sanctioned the ref for the UCL. That’s how clean the refereeing was. They scored 6, and left without honor.

I was there that day at Camp Nou. I remember people leaving the stadium at the 80th minute and my sister and I were like: "You know, f*uck it, we stay. It's the last match of Chapions League we are watching this season". Best decision ever. That night was probably the best night at the stadium, and I still get goosebumps watching it again.

there is a certain thing in football matches (the ones with legs) called away goals. they basically count for more.
for example when it was 5-5, psg would have won as they scored 1 away goal and barcalona had scored 0. thats why barca needed that last goal as if when the teams wre at home, it was 5-0 both times, it would have gone to extra time and penalties

In the champions league away goals count for more as a tie breaker. For example since Paris scored one away goal and if its 5-5 they would go through on away goals as the tiebreaker meaning Barcelona had to score the 6th goal to go through to the next round. If two legs are tied they look at which team scored more away goals.

Just so you know after the second match the referee was investigated for corruption and proven guilty. The decisions he gave were blatantly in Barca’s favour and in today’s world of VAR this comeback would’ve never happened.

The 2-leg match rule/style only applies to the knockout stages of the Champions League and Europa League. It also applies to similar tournaments in different parts of the world like the Copa de Libertadores.
I'll explain, in the champions league there is to games which is the 1st leg and second leg and they count it as 1 match together but in different days
If the agg score is the same the team with the most away goals will win, so away goals are soo important in champions league
In the knock out stages of the Champions League teams play 2 matches. One home, one away. An away goal is worth more than a home goal. So let's say across 2 matches a game ends 3-3 in total, if one team scored 2 away goals and the other scored 1 - there will be no overtime, and the team that scored 2 goals away wins.

1º This was the phase of the Champions League that is played in the 2 separate hands and the defeated team withdraws and the winner will move up to the next match until the final match; that's why the title says (AGG= aggregate, so the first hand was at PSG stadium where that double Cavani and Di Maria crushed Barcelona and 2n hand match were where Barcelona played at his stadium and did come back from that nasty result), also a goal away values like 2 goals in case of a tie;
2º Bronco always calling for Neymar..
