A nice closeup of the D Ring Install would have been nice since you hardly referenced it at all❗ What were the demensions of the Material you cut❓ What were the Folds you made before Stapling❓ What is the Material you are using for the Lining❓ I have made several Roman Shades in a slightly different way, but I'm interested in the details.
Watching you measure the fabric and cut in stages, it struck me that maybe you could use a builders tiling laser (as in ceramic floor tiles) to show you where to cut! It's overkill, but it might save you some time. Measure at the top and bottom and line up the laser. It shows you two laser lines, 90 degrees from each other. :)
