On your channel and all the other Florida based channels that I watch catch red snapper, it seems to me that there are plenty of red snapper to go ahead and do a slot limit with one per person type of management.

Sea bass limit in Mass is 16.5 in. In May and June you limit out in the bay in 20 to 30 feet.
