Get pretty much any synth/soft synth with an ADSR envelope, create a percussive type sound (could use a preset or whatever, snare or sharp synth lead sound would work). Take out all the Attack, all the Release and almost all the Decay and Sustain (play around with these until you get the sound you wont but neither will be very high or open at all). Arpeggiate it. Pan it left and right however you want using a Tremelo tool. You can add a little reverb it you want. Then side chain it to your kick and it should be something similar.
