@KingDrakoTyrell though I could do such a thing, agreed, it's best to wait. It's not if, but WHEN Mattel will make an HC spinosaurus. There's one more HC reveal coming up this year before the holidays.
@@trikeonabike4949 yeah. I think it’s just taking long because they’re doing all the JW figures but then eventually they’ll finish their JP line on HC and hopefully camp cretecous and chaos theory.

That is the most beautiful Hammond Collection dinosaur i've seen . It looks so beautiful and detailed and movie accurate . Respect to the people at Mattel for paying attention to what the fans wanted and learn from the custom figures .
I don’t think it’s movie accurate. I think it’s actually better lol. Mattel fixed the proportions in the body so it’s less bulky, fixed the skull shape and made it look more like a dinosaur instead of a giant crocodile that walks on two legs

This is the best Giganotosaurus figure Mattel has produced, the amount of detail is incredible and I can't wait for my chance to add this apex predator to my Hammond Collection!! Awesome review Andy and looking forward to your review of the Hammond Collection Therizinosaurus!

Plus I really love the new knee and feet joints, that’s a great fix.
The old Rex really looks sad next to this, I'm Thankful the Mattle Jurassic Team are really listening...hopefully we'll get a refreshed version of Rexy with better proportions. Thank you so much Andy for all the lovely reviews and updates through the years. ☕🇲🇾

If they do I hope they don't use those awful bendable wings. They look cheap and flimsy, my amber pteranodon wings ripped from barely messing with the rubber material. Then again I'm just not a fan of Mattel's pteranodons, they're the weakest species of the line imo

Dude, this one is awesome. Like truly when I first saw the trailer for it I was hyped and I’m still hyped since it’s releasing tomorrow although I do wish the creator, Hammond collection, Spino that’s probably the most requested one.
Yea ik why they have not made a spin-off it’s bc packaging bc u haft to attach a tail wich takes a lot of room so they need to fit and attachable spine

The proportions are great, the teeth look sharp, sculpt and coloration is 10/10, now imagine the spino figure with that quality

Seeing it next to the Carnotaurus made my jaw hit the floor. I thought the Carnotaurus was huge, but now I know what I'm going to be getting myself into when I get this guy

Great dino and great review! Now we need them to bring on a Hammond Collection Indominus, the Buck and Doe from TLW, and the Spino. Then we'll finally have all the Alpha Super Predators.

It's completely fully painted, especially the dew claws, so Dino-miracle 🤩! Hammond Collection Dominion Giganotosaurus is absolutely Dino-fantastic! If i lucky enough, i will replaced very disappointed Strike'N'Roar Giganotosaurus with this much superior counterpart, Hammond Collection Dominion Giganotosaurus 😊. Super awesome video, Andy 🌷🤗!
One gripe i have with this figure is the lack of torso articulation

I beg of you please do a size comparison with some BoTM figures with this, nobody ever mixes HC and BoTM when it comes to size comparisons even though they fit really well together

I absolutely need this one, the skull looked better than the movie too! (E.g. They made the eye in the movie so big it looked a bit silly)
Well, in the scene were it stalks the characters who are hiding behind a jeep, it was actually the CG body superimposed over an animatronic Giganotosaurus head.

You should’ve compared this thing to the Edel giganotosaurus
The Glass eye makes it look like Slitted eyes sometimes.

I love having this figure. I can’t wait for the Hammond collection to put out the spinosaurus, Indominous Rex, and indoraptor. The only way I can see this being better but it’s knitpicking and would change other things of figure or cost would be: more shading and dry brush on figure, Toe articulation, finger articulation, waist swivel like the cut on the t-Rex, and ability to have the leg hips open wider. But it’s a beauty and those things would just make it perfect. But it is beyond amazing as is.
The head and neck sculpt reminds me of the Papo Allosaurus in great ways
20+ years ago I went to the Gigantosaurus exhibit in Tokyo. They had the skeleton on display and that sucker is frikkin HUGE !!!

Yo Andy this guy is incredible! Know you’ve always liked the design, took me awhile but I’ve warmed up to it and this hc one really won me over! Sucks though! Any Hammond Collection figures take forever to make their way into Canada and double the $$ almost. Uuugh it’s no fair

The Giganotosaurus is the best Hammond collection figure they've made so far hands down nothing beats this figure it is so awesome and detailed I love this figure I just got mine yesterday trying to figure out how to pose it and everything so I can make it look like the scenes in the movie without it falling over which is hard but I think eventually I'll be able to figure it out love this figure give it a 10 out of 10
Cant wait to get mine I already pre ordered mine a month ago!

It is unfortunate that we lost the abdomen movement and double jointed knees on this one. Looks fantastic though, great review Andy.
The only actual problem with it is that the arms are too big yes somehow Mattel actually gaslit me into thinking the arms were bigger but no they're actually smaller
Just received my Giga and I noticed while articulating the tail, it doesn't feel like wire armature. It feels more like balljoints in a hollow rubber casing.

I got my Giganotosaurus 3 days ago! It looks fantastic!
Oh man this thing is beautiful. Better release outside of America this time, I’m so sick of the only way to get good figures like this one being paying $150+ to the Americans on eBay who know they’re the only ones with access to it
They took everything that made the HC rex as peak as it was and made it EVEN BETTER.
I hope we are getting a Spinosaurus and Stegosaurus in this collection as well.
Apart from that I want a decent Triceratops. The size and mouth articulation of the Habitat defender but the limb articulation of the Hammond collection. Is that to much to ask?
A larger Ankylosaurus would also be nice.
Apart from that they could make some remolds to save money.
The HC Trike they can give a new head as Nasutoceratops (which was a lot smaller than Trike so this size fits), Styracosaurus or maybe even Sinoceratops (although it would be a bit on the small size).
I also hope for the Pachy (which is to small) body to be used for the Stygimoloch seen in Fallen Kingdom.
I'm hoping to see other large species getting the hammond collection treatment in the near future! I wonder if the mosasaurus will get it too? Awesome review btw.. I can't wait add this one to my collection

I really hope the rest of the world get these, it’s baffling that Mattel only seem to focus on the US. I live in the UK, and when we do get these, they have a huge markup. This is the one I wanted the most, and I’m still unsure if I’m going to get the chance to pick one up.
