That “moma gone wash them for you” is so true. We mostly did our own laundry from 10 yrs old up. Went to college and she started washing and folding clothes 😂😂

Not all moms have to switch up. My mother has always been loving and kind to her children. And it remained once we went to college and well into our adulthood. Every young person is different, some are introverts or homebodies and prefer to not go away to college to live in the dorms. So please don’t push them if it’s uncomfortable for them. Some kids get depressed & suicidal, so know your child and respect their wishes. A lot of young people are committing suicide today. My brothers step-son killed himself 2 years ago at 24 years old, shot himself while on a route driving a tractor trailer on the highway. When I was in the Army a young soldier killed himself from being homesick in basic training. Some young adults doesn’t want to party and be living far away with strangers from different walks of life. As long as they are pursuing higher education (even if it’s a trade ), then be content and proud of them, even if they want to stay home & go to college. Try not to project your beliefs on their lives. They will find their own friends and adjust to college life even if they don’t go away. My son stayed at home and graduated from college in 2020 & had a ball! Now my 19 year daughter is going to our local college & commuting. Sometimes it’s annoying because this never took place when we were growing up, but I guess she is trying to make up for lost time! 😊😅😂
Mama sounds alright to me! ❤
I have a 1st year college student. He is home for this weekend. Girl we be something else when they come home. And no matter what, we proud of them!
This is so sweet, honestly. ❤❤❤
Yep my mama let me grocery shop and take whatever I needed from the house. I still got a coat, shoes and some other stuff from my college days. You just get treated a lil bit different when you come back for a short while
Please, my parents would've looked at me sideways if I expected them to do my laundry. But, I did sneak/"borrow" some of my mom's cute tops every time I came home from college. She was looking for one of her favorites and weeks later saw me posing in it on the cover of the university magazine. 😂😂 I was like..."I thought you said I could borrow it." She was so happy to see me on the cover of that magazine, she completely forgot to be mad.😂😂
That was me lol watch ur stuff with all 3 of mine aint help they didnt learn til that load came up missing in the dorm washroom then they started bringin it home😂😂
Lol. I miss college. PV was EVERYTHING. Going to Houston, getting them refund checks. Man. Those were some wonderful days. Driving to my class and getting tickets I never paid.
Go Coogs!
It's the dropping out of college after I got my refund check for me 😂😂😂
Mama dropped out after she got her refund check! 🤑🤑😂😂😂
NO...she DIDN'T drop out after the refund check!!😂😅😂😅😂😅
Yo this video was an epitome of just genuine Love
I had to wash my own clothes when I came home on the weekend. I also had to call home every Sunday. HBCU grad. Hampton University.
Drop out after refund check! 😂😂😂😂 Girl!!!
As a mom whose college baby just left to go back this morning, I approve this message. I always put more detergent and flings in her laundry so she goods back with those clothes smelling extra good 🥰
This is so true😂 Both my babies in college. I only “cook” when they are home😂 They can rob me and I just replace, with a smile on my face
I went to college…but, I dropped out after I got my refund check. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yes parents, we need to support those kids during this period at uni.
I'm celebrading every good grade with a special meal just to hype her up.
Much love and blessings from the Netherlands👋🏽
This actually made me cry. My mom used to be like that when I would come home from college. Just made me miss her. Good job as usual EJ!
Awwww 🥺🥺🥺 I miss these days
Everytime someone asks me what my son is studying, I pop my collar a lil bit & say "medicine." Atp if he quits, imma have to relocate 😂
😂😂😂 love the whole video. Always awesome. 💙🩵🤍
My Mema had me crying my last day of high school with the im so proud speech. But if you knew my background childhood I was dealt you would understand. She was so proud of me and I had already took my ACT test for college as was accepted into my college university. She was too proud of me. I miss my Mema.😢
My life right now! 😂
This is so spot on from beginning to end! My mom was extra nice during my college days! 😆 Keep them coming Ejspeaks👏🏾❤
My mama was like this when I went away for college and again once I moved out. I love my mama
So Proud. ❤❤❤
I love how she refers to herself in the third person “mama gone fix all your favorites” 😂😂
OMG I remember my suite mate stole my favorite pants and was wearing them in front of me 🤦🏾♀️😒 lol but flash forward I’m like this when my son comes home lol.
She said, "I was in college too but I dropped out after I got my refund check" LOL
REALLY NEAT EPISODE! TOOK ME BACK (X# OF) YEARS! 🤣🤣🤣 Sooo real!!
Not dropping out after the refund check 😂😅!!
My daughter FaceTimed me yesterday so proud of herself because she had went to Target and bought her first bottle of laundry detergent. Big bottle of Downy🤦♀️
This video made me tear up. Dream mom. I wish the mom goes back to school and finishes her degree. Got me too invested.
all facts..i remember these day i literally could do no wrong..mom just showered me with love and attention
I remember I came home one weekend and woke up from a nap to find my grandma and her sister had not only finished my laundry but had also folded everything 🙌🏾 even my draws 😂 sure was hard to go back lol
I'm done!!!😂 Not after the refund check!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
All of this plus when you try to sleep on after 8 am and (my Arkansas) Mama says “get up! This is NOT a dormitory!” #MyRealLife 🤦🏾♀️🤣
I have 2 college students right now, sons. All the questions are spot on. LOL I don't wash their clothes but I'm cooking their favorite meals and making sure I have extra household items so they can take what they need. I love it. Except that noise! They are so loud with the music and late hours up.
This is me!!! My daughter lives on campus at the college in our city! 15 minutes away but I miss my baby
