I went from riding fat fish boards to the sci fi 2.0. Took awhile to get used to it but now the sci fi is my fave board. Turns like a sport bike motorcycle and it loves bigger waves. Sooooo fun!!
@@scottcuttre9705 I can't recommend any thing for the wave, but I don't know much about that But if you're looking for board for small beach brakes I highly recommend the Machado Cado for sure that board is super fun, fast and loose. All kinds of guys that are short boarders hop on it and they love it
Not sure what the best is but I like using mine as a quad. In Small waves up to head high I use the JS Side fins with a Carver Rear Quads. The Carver rear quads are flat foil so it has a lot of lift, I like the feel of it. For something over head and bigger I like the Dan Man fins. Im not sure what Mark (the guy in the video) rides. - David

Which is better in smaller mushy waves sci fi 1 or 2?
Sci-fi two it's a big improvement compared to one it can be served in small junk waves to pretty good overhead solid Surf.
@@hawaiiansouthshore I’m looking at a bunch of different boards for smaller NJ surf and wave pools. Would you recommend the sci fi over the mashup?
