Been using Ktuner OTS tune for 2 years. 22 psi. My knock gets as high as .80 when im WOT hitting 140+ but the 11thgen has artificial knock control so its really nothing to worry about. Just bought the phearable 1.5R on stock clutch. Hopefully it holds. Im FBO
@@slickdaddycc7506yo i got this tune about a year ago, went through my stock clutch in about 6 months. upgraded to a exedy clutch and she’s been ripping. also went catless and ran the pops and bangs for a while but ended up turning it off as it’s pretty bad for the car. great tune though and i’ve had no real problems with reliability.
I’ve always wondered why my knock was so high, then I switched gas stations to Sunoco and it went way down. I used to fill up at Wawa but now Sunoco. Im guessing Wawa doesn’t have great gas
What is the deal with knock control? I'm still new to the whole computer tuning side of things. I'll be getting Ktuner soon. I just hear everyone constantly talking about knock control.
"Knock Control" = This parameter is the ECU's determination of fuel quality - 27won. If you have bad fuel or the quality isnt good enough for the current tune it will shoot up. Normal range for Ktuner is .49, while normal range for Hondata is .54
So depending on the time of the year and location depeneds on how much e85 you need to add in. I recommend adding 2 gallons regardless. I drive a 2020 si and I have 80k tuned miles. Change your plugs every 15-20k miles if you are ganna run this tune all the time
@@jesseperrellano problem man! Any knock under .59 is safe but the lower the better. Putting to much e85 wont hurt, ive put in 5 gallons before just to drive back from dallas (2 hours from home) so that i can fill up again when i got home and the mix would be good. Lmk if you need additional help/advice. I can legit say, I've been there and done that. Im catless 3.25 rv6 with a custom quad exit, 27won cai, rmm, all except the intercooler... just haven't really found the need for one yet. Id also recommend picking up a 27won billet rear motor mount. Makes a massive difference in how the car shifts, but consider the vibration before doing that. You can always pickup the street version which is amazing for daily driving. Huge difference regardless. Lastly, be prepared to replace that factory clutch if you haven't already. When I picked up the 1.5R from phearable, my stock clutch lasted 20k miles. Now on a stage 4, 6 puck with about 20k miles on it. (Dont get a pucked clutch for daily). Im sure you know all of this, but incase you didnt, here it is. I subbed! Good luck!

Hey jesse loving the vids, In your opinion would you rather recommend tsp1 or pherable? Im on a conservative build looking for a bit more fun without harming car in the long run. 🤔 im on 91 oct
Phearable from what I hear. I've never tan TSP but people that have and also ran Phearable say Phearable is more aggressive and smooth. Smoother powet delivery and it pulls harder. I'm bias, but this tune kicks ass.
Crazy watching the boost blast off like that. New tune is looking good!

Wawa fuel is bare minimum as I found out. Googled it after the whole ordeal and there fuel is just good enough to pass the requirements
