I really hate when people say you need to separate the art from the criminal. No, you don't. If my neighbor is a serial killer but has a nice artistic garden I'm not going to support him out of respect for his ability to design a nice garden and give him my money so he can continue his life of luxury and doing what he enjoys. People need to be brave enough to stand against what is wrong, regardless if you watched his tv show as a kid, or listened to his music growing up, that doesn't make what he did any less wrong, and it's definitely not a reason to continue supporting him after you know what an evil person he is.
