I'm literally wiring up my 70kwh battery as you popped up. I'm on my 4th pack out of 5 280ah. Great video. Awesome attention to detail. Those cabinets are the absolute best. I work in those things everyday as an industrial electrical maintenance tech. I have looked for them before but they are big money. I went with just a pallet rack style box store cabinet and lined with cement board. Like off grid garages but larger. Those end plates. Dang I didn't hear u say how thick they were but looked at least 1/2". I only went with 5/16 8*17. They flex slightly at the all threads. Can't wait to see how you connect both systems. I am curious about that
Plates are 3/8" thick. Poron I'm using is 3.17 mm thick, I think it was written on the table when I was doing the math. Compression of Poron at 25% on the 17 sheets would be 13.47 mm total. If you have rods in the middle, it shouldn't flex. It is possible you might have too much compression.

@doczwy8143 ya I have a rod in the middle. The whole plate isn't flexing just a tiny tiny bit at the 4 corners
