Been waiting for this one bro, so many show their success story's when building their dream set-up. It was cool how you also showed what can go wrong. Enjoyed all content as always 👍. Cheers
@thevaluespace I've had some bad luck with the healing process. Sadly, the pain didn't subside after the surgury so they looked into it and discovered my liver is causing most of the pain. Re: radiating through the back... Unfortunately, my liver is not working as it should bro, it seems another surgery is on its way...
I was waiting for this episode and finally i managed to watch it... few times. I have some comments 1. I'm really worried about this hanging cabinet. The bottom support is not good enough. Screw it at the top or change the support below. Watch out anyway as it may fallow down especially when loaded. 2. I love the wood, mix of colors and overall "completeness" of the scenery. 3. Lights made the change. What are the slat panels lights? How do you control (switch on/off or change the color) of all of this? It's a lot of them. 4. The plans.. If the lights made the change the plants made the work! Excellent combination. I really love the room, I seen few inspirations for my home office here. Thanks a lot for sharing! Excellent job. Keep pushing!
Wow, thank you so much for the kind words and for watching (a few times too 😄)! I’m thrilled the setup gave you some inspiration for your own space. Here’s the lowdown on your points: 1️⃣ The Hanging Cabinet: I appreciate your concern, it’s always great to have an extra set of eyes for safety! Rest assured, the cabinet is rock solid. Along with the bottom support, it’s secured with brackets at the top that are screwed directly into the studs. It’s not budging, even fully loaded with gear! 💪 2️⃣ Wood + Colors: So glad you love the mix! I spent a lot of time fine-tuning that balance between cozy and functional, and it’s great to hear it resonated with you. 3️⃣ The Lights on the Slat Panels: The front slat panels are rocking Nanoleaf Elements, while the back panels have a Govee RGBIC LED strip tucked behind them. Both are controlled through their respective apps, but I personally prefer using Google Assistant to manage everything in one place it makes turning them on/off and adjusting colors super convenient. 4️⃣ Plants for the Win: Absolutely, plants are the unsung heroes of the space! They bring a breath of fresh air (literally) and make everything feel more vibrant and alive. Definitely one of my favorite touches. 🌱 Thanks again for the amazing feedback and support! Keep an eye out for more episodes, and good luck with your own home office setup-I’d love to see how it turns out!"
Love the setup! For future projects, if you put blue painter's tape on wood you are trying to cut it will help to not split the wood. Looking forward to future builds.
Absolutely love this space! new Sub here! and with the spray paint, you could do some wet and dry 2000 grit paper to take away the drip marks :) thank you TH-cam for suggesting this awesome creator to me!
Welcome aboard, 🎉 So glad to have you here, and huge thanks to TH-cam for sending you my way! I absolutely appreciate the tip about the 2000-grit wet and dry paper for the spray paint sounds like a game-changer. I'll definitely keep that in mind for future projects (those drip marks won’t stand a chance!). Thanks for the love on the space, too it’s always awesome to connect with people who share the same vibe. Stick around, there’s plenty more creativity and chaos to come! 😄"
Hey bro, quick question is your leather Earnes chair you have had in your main set-up comfy? And also can you feel the wooden base after many hours of use? I'm checking out the chairs at T&W. Trying to find a new chair that caters for my back... The chair in this video looks comfy also? Cheers & thankyou in advanced 😁.
@@jassassine6973 it’s so comfy, I’ve had it for almost 3 years and the cushion is still perfect. The one in this video is comfier though because of the soft Sherpa fabric
@@thevaluespace Thanks bro, muchly appreciate your prompt feedback 👍. I just bought the Earnes "genuine leather" variant... I believe it's the exact same one you have in your main set-up. Fingers🤞it helps me sit as pain free as possible. Sadly I can no longer use my Ergohuman V2, as the lumber is far too abrupt and sits/rubs where my stitches were 😔. My Andaseat kaiser 3 seat is now too firm... And the back rest nearly keels me over 😔. Glad I bought good brands bro as the re-sale value is still pretty decent. Cheers & thanks again my friend - 🇦🇺
allot of ya been under estimating ultra Wides did you know you can use two devices in one on that my cousin uses the same one he does pip and pbp one his left is his streaming pc right side is gaming machine and consoles .
Yeah That’s one of the advantages of a super ultrawide. You can ran two devices at the same each on decent sized screens with the added bonus of no annoying bezel in the middle
Don't forget to check the microcode for your motherboard , if it isn't updated do that immediately or your i9 14900 will start to detoriate in performance and or even die early on
That heavy cabinet mounted overhead with only a two brackets makes me really nervous. I hope you at least used a couple more of the brackets on top to prevent it from tilting forward. Btw, that comes from a guy who mounted an Ikea LACK shelf and put a bunch of folders on it - it held for two weeks, then the 20kg of folders came tumbling down, ripping the mounting bracket off the wall, and that was with proper anchors into concrete. I was luckily not underneath, but some of my equipment underneath did not make it.
