@@thelordoftheweebs9501 no offense, but alola was a huge step down for the anime. Like compare the story driven XYZ to Alola. Unova near the end was starting to get good, and then XY took the reins. And then XYZ thrived with the reins.
Like the animation and art style drove people away from it. And ash went back to being a kid again! Like you would think he would bring up serena, because she basically like his girlfriend!
I will admit, ash doing so well in the pokemon league made me very excited but Ash, in theory, was the strongest trainer there. Like no one had as much experience as he did lol.
