@@EmbarrassedComposer It was a line of Regius models with specifications picked by Misha. He stopped using these due to his Jackson endorsement / getting a signature model over there.
It is quite amazing to see You trying Mayones guitars! This company comes from my home city - Gdansk in Poland, where I grew up. I remember its beginnings. They produced instruments in small workshop in private house. They also had a small shop there and every time I came to visit and try some instruments, I would be treated so friendly. Great people! Family business, which just went far far beyond any expectations and imagination! Actually, my very first electric guitar was Mayones. I bought a used one in 90's (very cheap) and at that time the company produced guitars also with the name Zak. My guitar, which I still have with me is a black warlock shape one (yeah, I played in a metal band :) ), which used to have a fretboard with skulls on, but after an accident on ice (I fell on icy road with it on my way to my concert, having very crappy soft case.. well.. somehow it made the work with a little broken head...), I exchanged it with more regular one, as well as I put Shaller tremolo bridge in the guitar. Still works and tunes very well, though the electronics are far from perfect.. Anyway, it was my very first guitar and I just loved it. I still use it for practicing. Who would think in 90s, that Mayones will become one of the most respected brands in the world, with many signature models, such a beautiful design, best components and that the next generations of great musicians, like You for instance will appreciate the art of these instruments. Well, I guess the company itself knew that and just pushed it through and showed the world their values. I would definitely buy one of their modern models today, but they also became quite expensive.. :) Well, some day.. Thank You for this video and for bringing some good memories.
Mahogany neck coupled with a longer scale length (25.5 and up) really is a secret weapon thing, maintains a thick tone when you solo up high but with added articulation.
I was looking forward to this. I always loved Mayones and I hope someday they will be in my budget. Stunning guitars and astonishingly well played, Bea!
Best sounding demo i think you've done to date Bea. (from the start subscriber) - you seem to have a great ease playing the core classic especially! just so happens to be my favourite brand too :) well in man !
Mayones guitars are the best out there my regius is the most comfortable guitar I have ever had the pleasure to play the tuning stability is impeccable and on top of all that they sound amazing got loads of bite for hi gain tones and a beautiful soft clean tone
What a joyful noise that Regius makes! Smashing. The first person I saw playing this brand of guitars was Federico Malaman playing a Jabba bass. At the time I had no idea they also made guitars. The Mayones Maestro looks great. Would love to try one.
They all look and sound sick, but man are they pricey! I'm sure that they're worth it though. I lost it at the that's what she said part of the video as I was just thinking the same thing as you said it... Edit: Having just read the description, how can you of all people worry about "Sketchy" sounding playing?! You always sound great!
PLEASE make elaborate and make 12:40-13:17 a song. A song short Grinding Gears thing would be great, but I would love to hear it as a Dorje thing. I can totally hear vocals over that.
Some beautiful guitars !!!! The binding inside the horns on the lasy guitar....wow. that is the sort of things that make les paul guys really picky about how the binding is finished on les pauls. Regardless, they are all amazing guitars. Thanks Rabea
I love my Mayones Regius. I've tried the Setius and the Duvell, my only criticism of the brand is that they really need to roll their fingerboard edges. It would make them alot more enjoyable to play. Heavily rolling fingerboard edges should really be an industry standard, it makes even sub $1000 Mexican made Charvels feel like a million bucks.
Very interesting video and very nice presentation. Music is an art, so instrument should also be piece of art. The 3 guitars are really 3 works of art - it can be achieved as a hand made work, beside good design, tasteful, beautiful guitar look and the entire production process with quality control
At 32:02 you played that amazing riff from Riff Wars again. Are we finally gonna hear it on a track on Grinding Gears 2? It‘s one of my all time favorites, please do make a song out of it in some way!
If you get a chance, I'd love to see a video about chord shapes you may have struggled with due to your wide fingers and how you managed to overcome your difficulties, because as far as I can tell, you can play everything effortlessly today. (You're singlehandedly [no pun intended] destroying my excuse for being unable to play the guitar).
Been a fan of Mayones since I saw Daniel Gildenlöw use them in 2009 with Pain Of Salvation. Unfortunately still not managed to try one in person as they don't have a distributor here in Hong Kong.
11:31 have it purred without an arm-stick trem?..that G on the B string whaa?....i guess that is the best-sounding tool ever reviewed in history. correction: they+toolz.
did not care about guitars as much as for playing. Great tasteful playing - sounds really amazing! Guitars are gorgeous - but hey - I think in these hands even much cheaper guitar is going to sound really well! I know I'm right!
Man, there are so many good sounding guitars available these days. Really it's just a matter of picking one you love the look of, a good amp and a few pedals, and spend the rest of your effort learning to play/write well. The average listener won't hear any difference in the guitars.
I was thinking about trying out the Bareknuckle Black Hawk and two Cobra combo in my HSS Strat (mostly because I thought it would look cool, lol). After hearing that guitar though, I'm even more seriously considering that option.
Patrick asked the question," Is mayonase an instrument?" Well now we can say yes, it's spelled differently , but mayo just the same. Progress is a wonderful thing...lol
At last, guitars you can safely smear on your private parts! (I may have gone a little far there...) Any chance of letting us know the string guages/tunings for these demos? Apologies if I missed it somewhere (if so, ignore this), and I'm going back to listen again just in case. Oh, and I'm with you - that "all wood" one was easily the most beautiful.
always awesome to hear you jamming bro! hey, could you recommend a versatile and affordable Fuzz pedal? I want to get a new one and I'm a little lost on the options. Thanks Rabea!!
Their guitars are phenomenal, glad you enjoyed the chance to try them out!
Flicking through their website, they actually have a guitar called "The Djentleman", brilliant.
I think that guitar was something to do with Misha Mansoor when he endorsed them... I think haha
@@EmbarrassedComposer It was a line of Regius models with specifications picked by Misha. He stopped using these due to his Jackson endorsement / getting a signature model over there.
Proud of Polish guitars ❤️
You should take a look at Relish guitars some time. Work your way through the condiments.
Ha! We just need him to catchup on his reviews.....

I’m making a guitar company called mustard now
Quality internet posting right here.
That Regius Core Classic is insanely gorgeous.
finally Rabea testing Mayones guitar !!!
Finally a quality demo of them 😎💪🏼
U mean, 'tasting'? 😏
I’m 60 and I love the middle one. I’d consider buying one.

E. R. Thanks. 😉
I freaking love the Regius, it's so majestic
Woah! I'm seriously excited to see Mayones in your hands. It's my hometown company so I'm a bit patriotic right now haha
My god.. what a player ! As soon as he started playing in that ambient tone I got transported...
Damn dude, Mayonnaise is an instrument, I knew it!
DarkestofTimes lol
damn, those nasty blackhawk tones!
can't wait to hear what you'r planning with BKP
The first guitar looks like the album cover of Karnivools Sound Awake :D
Bought a Regius 6M a few months ago and couldn't be happier with it. Definitely on par with my Suhr and EBMM BFRs

You sounded waay more inspired with the last guitar. No wonder, it sounds awesome! Great playing as always. 🤘
Ayyy, sick to see you with some mayos finally, best out there!

That part at 29:15 was amazing, for some reason I can picture post malone making a song over it
Awesome playing on that Baritone!
Don’t fall in love to quick with these beautiful pieces of art!!! There starting price is in the $3000 US dollar range. Haha! I’ll stick with my PRS.
Stuntman D29 I love my PRS, but what are the PRS core models start at? For all I remember, it’s 3000$ and up
looking forward to Bea's signature BK pickups, gonna have to pick me up a set as soon as possible
I love Burger King
that sounded beautiful.. great work.
Weirdly enough that setius sounded to me the best of the bunch.
Gorgeous guitars
Thanks bro. Most channels just focus on the big name brands so it's great to finally get a demo of one of the brands I've only ever just heard about.
I'm starting to fall for these baritone guitars.
Mayones guitars are the best out there my regius is the most comfortable guitar I have ever had the pleasure to play the tuning stability is impeccable and on top of all that they sound amazing got loads of bite for hi gain tones and a beautiful soft clean tone
I thought Mayones wasn't an instrument :/
Patrick disagrees...
Robbie. I love these Mayonnaise guitars. Very tasty.
it is such an unfortunate name. What were they thinking? xD
Yes Patrick, Mayonnaise IS an instrument
Thanks Ben can I get one?
@@joshualessore7652 mayonnaise=majonez in polish, i think they did it on purpose
It's pronounced my-oh-nez. Exactly how mayonnaise is pronounced in French (and probably numerous other languages)

Nice hunks of wood, I’ve got the Cold Sweat/Nailbomb combo in my PRS McCarty, fantastic pickups
Mayones looks really impressive as usual. Visually inspiring.
12:40 SO SICK! I love riffage in major keys. That fucking rocked
My Lord these are amazing. I prefer vintagy tones but that first one was off the charts with some drive. want.
Those finishes are sweet!
Mayones guitars are brilliant. Also try the Polish LABOGA amplifiers - handmade, boutique, but with price and sound they beat everything.
0:38 few years, around 38 exactly. and the numbers match :D

Love the setius. I have the cobra/blackhawk set in my aristides and its by far the best pickup combo I've used.

Jackson USA are still my favorite guitars.. However, there is no doubt that Mayones make the most perfectly crafted guitars on the planet.
That Setius is BEAUTIFUL
Baritone is incredible sounding
Amazing guitars.

that Setius is a wonderful sounding guitar!
