Love this comedy it’s so underrated, I wish it would be released to Blu-ray seeing that WB owns it .
The young kid, Tito, who quips back at Pesci was also featured on Reading Rainbow. I only know since I saw the recent documentary about the television program last week and I recognized him.
The big flaw to this movie is the ending. It ends so quick / wraps things up so fast that it completely forgets to even bring Madolyn Smith Osborne back into the fold.
I actually saw this one as a kid in theaters. The opening of the movie stuck with me and I still remember it to this day
“- Ron Nessim: How are we supposed to keep warm in the mean time?
- Louie Kritski: Burn one of your kids. What do I care?”
The movies poster looks like the penguin being captured by static shock
I remember this movie used to get a lot of play on TV for a good while during the 90s. At some point it fell out of network rotation and disappeared, though I don't know when that was. Too bad.
Sounds like you have a cold, Joe.
Excellent stuff as always!
I’m surprised Gone Fishing isn’t liked by this channel. That’s an almost classic in my book. Different strokes for different folks.
The home alone series with the blowtorch is the movie clip that will never cease to make me laugh my ass off.
HOLY CRAP I THOUGHT THIS MOVIE WAS, LIKE, A FEVER DREAM I HAD!!! Wow! Thank you for covering this!
