Still watching in 2024, after reading the comics twice and watching my favorite moments of the series many times:) I love the ideaof endless, because how the actor of dream once said in an interview "to have a god, people have to believe in them. But Morpheus (and all of the endless) exist whether you believe in them or not". I think this idea really stands out in todays world and I love the sandman for exactly these ideas and points of view:) I also love how theyˋve made "I am hope" more powerful in the series because dream doesn´t face some deamon but Lucifer himself. So that is my favorite idea of the sandman, hope above all if you will:) Thanks for the video it was really nice to watch:)
The Killer The Old Guard Faithless. I can recommend these comics. Thanks for making this video. Ive been interested in The Endless only in recent years, though ive known about The Sandman comics for a while. I havent read any of'em but things about Sandman and/or The Endless keep popping up every now and then for me. This video helped further the feeling that i probably shouldnt wait to dive into their stories much longer.
Glad you liked it! And yes, it’s definitely worth reading as soon as you can. It takes awhile to see how the story is coming together, but when it does, it’s very satisfying. And thank you for the recommendations, I’ll have to check them out!
