I chiped my Golf5 and removed the limiter, so it‘s funny, how people talk about, they driven them 220+ with Stock Setup. This is impossible because of the limiter.
So, i removed it, and it has now 140-150hp, and 370NM. It runs good, the fuel Consumption is about 1-1,5l less!. 0-100 under 10 sec is possible. Top Speed is about 220, because the Gearbox is to short, because i was selecting the „sport“ version of the chip, so the power comes a bit later at higher revs, but stays on higher revs. So the rev limiter is near when you drive 220 in 6th Gear
that's like you said with a stock engine without Chiptuning you can't go 220 km/h
@@TopSpeedAutobahnGermany I have VW Golf 5 2006 1.9pdtdi 105HP. As far as i know the car is original(whitout chip).The top speed with my car is 220/km/h.
It is possible that the car have a chip?!What dou you think?
@@daviddoman7245 speedo v-max 215. -5km/h you‘re at your real top speed. And the Car is limited at210. Speedo by VAG-Cars is about 5km/h more, than your real speed. So the Top Speed is 210, because of the limiter. The Car itself want go much faster with series power. 1.9tdi are not made to win races, they where made to run for a lifetime;). So, chip it, stage1 ~135/140hp, they also remove the limiter, and the Car is reaching 225/230. But, stage 1 you got about 80nm of torque more, and this is powerful in a 1.9tdi.
So in fact of accelerating from 100-160 i‘m as fast as a mk5 2.0tdi 170hp.

2.0 tdi quite fast, can blow head and lil bit more expensive to maintain but the joy of driving it is woohoo :d

The 1.6 go more faster to 190 kms i thinks the 1.9 is more quickly but no.

sunt mai multe Versiuni de motoare. Cel din video este din 2005 si este 1.9 tdi de 105 cp probabil sa mearga 210 cel de care spui tu !

Am atins 200 cu Skoda Octavia1.9TDi 101cp PD AXR in cateva randuri. Motorul stock. La momentul respectiv aveam cauciucuri Michelin Alpine A3 iarna respectiv Michelin Primacy vara.
Masina cumparata de noua. La momentul incercarilor aveam intre 25.000km si 60.000 km pe bord.
Am atins viteza fara probleme deosebite, pe asfalt uscat si vreme calma.
Dupa ce masina a facut 7-8 ani nu am mai depasit 180 km/h pentru ca avea deja o varsta. Masina inca o mai am, dupa 13 ani si 200k km merge impecabil. Inca o pastrez pentru ca merge exceptional de bine, este ieftina ca intretinere si nu stii niciodata cand ai nevoie de o masina de rezerva.
@@gabiv8479 asa este sunt foarte ok la intretinere. Golful are 220.000 km si este masina mea daily..inca reuseste 190 :)
I-am dat eu 200 la al lui maicamea, nici nu m-am chinuit prea tare, masina aia m-a facut sa vreau si eu tot un golf 5, mi-am luat 1.9 tdi 4motion, inca nu am apucat sa-i "dau in gusa" dar urmeaza, si revin cu edit :)) eu zic ca e imposibil sa nu mearga macar 220

@@akira5982 105HP is enough to have some fun but 0-100kph is like ten seconds, they're not fast at all but thanks to the 6 speed they're great for cruising and get amazing MPG/kmpl
@@mrcaboosevg6089 More like 12 seconds but I must say driving on country roads is hella fun because of the short gearbox you need to shift a lot to keep it in the power band making you feel like a race driver and you can also floor it without instantly breaking the speedlimit.
@@teasippingguy9316 Mine is just under ten seconds 0-60mph but i have one of those tuning box things and the mileage got better with it. The power band is a bit short for country roads but definitely fun to be had

ja kad sam se vraćao iz zagreba prema osijeku autocestom na ravno vozio 215,imo 105 konja sad sam ga podigo stage 2 ima 180 konja,pa moze dosta više vjerovatno oko 240-245 ali nisam testiro,samo znam da ima puno nm okretnog momenta sad,da je startniji i nenormalno vuce,7 zarez nesto sekundi do stotke,5 brzina bluemotion mjenjac,dakle duze brzine,zvjerkica golf😉 inace karavan je ali u jebenoj opremi i stane sta god os u njega pa zato ga i imamo. prednja strana kromirana sva dosta ljepsa nego kod standardne petice. 2009. godiste zadnja linija. odličan auto za 6500 eur 👍 vrlo rijetki kvarovi desavalo se da ode neki lezaj i malo nes oko elektronike ali motor stv odlican

1.6 tdi is more faster.. maybe 1.9 tdi has more torque
well this isnt exactly the fastest 1.9tdi. The older golf iv was available with a 150hp variant but that spot in the golf v was replaced by the newer 2.0tdi, the seat ibiza even had a 160hp version. However the main benefit if the 1.9tdi is its great fuel economy and unmatched duability. Its probably the best engine for a normal car VW has ever built
