- Today I try Dr.Thunder® Soda from Walmart for the 1st time!
And since I was trying it, I had to compare it to the REAL Dr.Pepper® Soda!
Which one comes out on top? Would you like see some other comparisons of other Walmart Soda flavors against the ACTUAL soda they are impersonating?

I like dr. Thunder .. one of the better generic sodas
I remember when I was about 10...my old Walmart use to sell Dr.Thunder & all the other knock-off soda in their Sam's Club soda machine for about $0.25 per can!
Yes that's true I live in roswell New Mexico and our old walmart sold them also for the same price
My hometown has a family owned grocery store with a 25 cent machine out front still. They Have all these flavors and a mystery button that sometimes gives you the main stream sodas 🤣

I swear there are so many memes of Dr thunder. It’s like two doctors fighting each other (not with violence, just with their inventions and discoveries)
I drank Dr Pepper for years and I am hooked on Dr Thunder now. The Dr Pepper of today is nothing like it used to be. The Dr Thunder has more fiz to it and tastes great. Dr Pepper has seemed to develop a tart taste to it. Maybe an all original Dr Pepper with real sugar would be nice.

In my opinion Dr Pepper is the perfect soda to go with a pizza pie. Followed by root beer and lastly a coke.

No bite = hard pass from me. That first drink of DP is heavenly. Of course with the DP shortage I may have to resort to drastic measures.

A few years back,my best friend had Dr Thunder in his fridge.I had to try that soda.Gotta say I liked it.For me,It's a 10 with this Wal-mart soda.

I don’t mind the store brands of sodas, I only drink diet ones though. Here in TX, Dr Pepper is like the state drink, they’re as serious about their DP as they are Whataburger! My fave is still the cherry DP & close second is cream soda/DP!

Never had the Walmart pop so not sure if it’s good or not. There is a brand here called President’s Choice pop that is really good and is cheaper than the main brands. They also have a whole line of food dishes, desserts etc. Awesome VS vid, enforcer!! 😃😎
The Wildwood(Mr. something) one taste the same.It's even bottled at the same plants.

I know exactly what you mean by “bite”, it is probably the main reason I reach for a soda over water. I’ve had a few Walmart sodas in my day but it wouldn’t be something I would specifically go out and buy.

Walmart doesn't compare to the OG flavors, but I do prefer Walmarts brand of ranch doritos over the OG. More flavor, and I bet you'll enjoy the different flavors of tortilla chips they have. Spicy guacamole, salsa verde, garlic lime, just to name a few.

Fun video. I like these types of videos where similar brands are compared. Walmart has sams cola I think it’s supposed to be a knockoff brand of Pepsi. Sams cola is not that bad actually.
I agree, with you. But, I drink diet Dr. pepper. I find Diet Dr. Thunder smooth. When it comes to price, Dr Thunder Diet wins hands down. It tastes great. Maybe not as great as Dr. Pepper diet, but for the price I can do it and enjoy it.
I would put Faygo Cherry cola up against Pepsi Cherry or Coke cherry

I love Dr. Pepper and I think Dr. Thunder is pretty similar but I have to THANK YOU for doing a review because it is sooo much nicer to see you with a Dr Pepper can then having to watch those weird Dr Pepper commercials with that red haired disturbing mini 80s hair band guy that jumps around hitting high notes. I am an 80s child so I have no issues with that, its just weird a#$ commercials. Much rather see you with Dr Pepper!! ;) you should sing that high note at the end of this video saying "its the sweet one" and post that actress right after like you always do when you say sweet lol!

Dr. Publix reminds me a lot of what Dr. Pepper used to taste like. Now it tastes like cherry cola and sugar and doesn't have that unique flavor anymore.

To me Dr pepper has a sharper more herb taste also the carbonation is a little more bubbly... Dr thunder is a little flat on taste and the carbonation is like a Dr. Pepper that's been left open for about a half hour

Not sure I understand. Lol you new here.? I do ALL the new items when they come out. Put out content every day for the viewers. And i like to do oddball videos from time to time. Views, subs, etc have never been higher. But if having fun with a video I have wanted to do for some time means I "peaked". I'll take it. :)
