She doesn't care enough about herself to get the help she needs. Sad

Wow! She'd rather spend three years in prison than stop taking drugs.

Some people just don't want to be helped.

This girl is not sane. She should have no choices.

Judge Boyd is caring and compassionate. She is the only Judge of all these court cases I've watched, who does try to actually make a difference in people's lives. She is wise and thoughtful, and I hope God continues to Bless her greatly as she carries out her duties and responsibilities on the Bench. Have to add, I love the beautiful relationship she has with her Mother!

Judge Simpson is another compassionate Judge. Even seen him cry in making a judgment.

That's absolutely heartbreaking.... She knows she can still get high in prison... So sad..

If more poeple would turn down those plea aggrements that lead to a seemingly endless fees and fines and reasons to keep you tethered to the state so they can earm more money, it would change the justice system in its entirety.

She knows she can still easily find drugs in prison. Not so much at in-patient.

This one *hurt* to watch. I wonder what her life circumstances have been that she has lost all hope and would rather accept prison than reach out and ask for help. 😢

She will get drugs in prison. She will have free room and board and drugs.

The ONLY thing her attorney can come up with is her husband is at fault? That says nothing about his client, the one he is suppose to defend.

Prostitution charges? No woman does this if she has any choice. I feel so sorry for her

Would we rather see her take the probation, do none of the requirements, catch new charges, and end up going to prison anyway?

I think that's exactly what she was thinking. She didn't want to go on probation because she would just fuck it up.Get more charges and more present time

I guess she thought since her husband was in prison who has been controlling her, that he would want her in prison.

When did Colonel Sanders start practicing law?

    • @bigboomer751

That is not Sanders, Sanders died over 40 years ago at around 90 years of age.

@bigboomer751 Ok, I know that. It's a joke. I remember when Kentucky Fried Chicken started. You really should have realized it was a joke.

@@MarciaBaker1205 joking about Col Sanders death is poor taste. If you remembered when KFC started, you should have realized the lawyer in question is not Sanders. jokes are suppose to be funny. this was cruel

@bigboomer751 You should realize it wasn't a joke about the death of Col. Sanders. If you put on your thinking cap instead of being of your instant offended cap you might just get it.
