- Wupatki National Monument. this is a large area of land to explore so I would suggest you have enough gas to get around, When you get to the Wupatki Visitors center, that is the place that has maps, info and where you can pay or use you National Parks pass. Note that at this area they dont allow pets in the area unless they are carried, so please consider that.
Visitors can spend an entire day in the area, walking along trails to find several ancient pueblo structures. You do have to drive to each site. from March 2024 trip
Have a Great Day!!!

Thanks so much for watching ScullyPop, appreciate it!
You sure do find some beautiful and unusual places. I love your pup too. Gorgeous!
Thanks Flo, I try to haha, it doesnt always work out that way tho, but I try! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful area and monument. As you found out, not nearly as many visitors walk the trails. Most visitors are in and out in 30 minutes.
Great job with the video. It looks like you had some storms close by.
Yes sir, well, without really studying the place a lot wouldnt know what all is there. I stopped there in the late 90's but I had my 2 young kids & I told myself I would return! Now I have to return again bc I still didnt see it all, but it was very satisfying to see what I did. Yes there were some storms coming in, I had tried to out run them when i was camped outside the Grand Cayon & woke up to several inches of snow, it made for some great scenery tho. Thanks for watching, appreciate it!
😆 I'm Feezing Watching burr!!!
prolly bc you have shorts on and a hoody lol
Awesome video John... You always go to some of the most beautiful places in the states... You should get a wagon for you to ride around in and use Uki as a miniature sled dog lmao jk... I thought I kept seeing snow flurries throughout this video.
Hey I have seen a couple places that have VRBO Wagon rooms, some are decked out pretty good like an old frontier wagon haha. but I knew what you meant can you imagine living in those hills and playing in that snow, wowser! Id give anything to see what life was like back then! Thanks for watching Skunk!
@@soonerjhtravels That would have been a great time to be live... Long before all the technological bs come along lol
