I actually remember watching these shorts on Disney Channel, and found them pretty fun. I especially love how whatever tall tale Mater tells, McQueen just happens to be in it too. It just makes it more fun. Also, in my head, Tokyo Mater is just a prequel to Tokyo Drift. 😅

I LOVE Mater's Tall Tales. And yea, 2 of my faves were "Mater Private Eye" and "Tokyo Mater".
I can't emphasise enough how nostalgic all these were. My favorites were private eye, moon mater, UFM, Monster truck, heavy metal, & Tokyo.
