I picked pile 3. I cried a few times as I took my morning walk listening to this. I’m so glad you confirmed this for me. It is a boss. I caught him looking at me in a sexual way twice and he flirted with me head on and I rejected his advances. He forced me to work with him once a week and found a way to have me physically closer to him while doing so. Started talking with others about how ppl should loosen up when they noticed my demeanor towards him. I started to visibly show signs of being uncomfortable and my anxiety is so bad now that I can’t sleep, I’m not eating properly and my nerves are shot. It’s been months and he’s now having me moved to a different department where he won’t see me. He knows that the way I am when he’s around is because of him and he wants me out of his sight so that he can be comfortable. Today I’m sending a letter to the director of operations because they don’t have hr or personnel. I quit when I realized I was offered the position and they were rushing a trainee so that they can get me moved. I’m afraid. I feel so bad that I have to file this sort of charge but my soul has been begging me to put myself first and leave.
