Did you go during the season or the middle of summer? Palm Beach is geared mainly towards snowbirds but there is an increasing number of summer visitors these days. Off season, PB can be a bit slow.
Worth Ave is packed six months during the year. One of the most teeming downtowns in billionaire resort zip codes. You went during the wrong time, your bad.

The Köppen climate type of Palm Beach IS tropical rainforest, not “like” a tropical rainforest. 😉😉😉
