How can I tell which model I have mine just says no.18859 on the box
I thought the 2022 model advertises that it comes with all metal gears? I may have misread it. I almost bought it lol

I have the 18859a version. The metal gears are strong. The one weak spot are the cups on the differential. They are held on by a tiny screw that will come loose after a while. A touch of permanent loctite will stop that from happening. That's with a hobbywing 30a ESC and a 2435 4500kv motor. Absolute ripper!!🤘

@@christophergarland2315 Yes with a hobbywing quicrun ESC/motor. It is a direct fit to the stock components. Leave the punch level low otherwise you will strip spur gears.

I have one to buy my 4 wheel drive isn't working like I spin my front wheels with my hand and nun of the other wheels spin the if I spin my back wheels with my hand they all spin and my front differential is making werid nosies idk what to do am scared to mess with it to see what wrong with it can u help me figure it out

Man that little guy scoots along pretty well and the price is not bad at all, even with the gear upgrades! I need to start getting more stuff like this for my channel, I just keep buying ones I want!!! That list has not been exhausted yet!
Lol the never ending want lost I am in the same boat so for awhile now I have been stock piling budget rc trucks so when I have company I can have stuff for everyone to play with that I don't care if they break its fun watching people drive for the first time

I just got 18859e 2 months ago, upgraded to metal 3 weeks ago and it is a great investment. I can't believe how nice it is for how little it cost and I upgraded the batteries to 1100mAh but I don't run them back to back the motor gets a little to hot so I wait at least 15-20 minutes or I use my air hose to cool the motor lol
They really are great vehicles I have many different models from them and all still working great
Are these parts same as the hbx16889 ?
